Here we are moving into the last quarter of the year. Over the last 10 months we have seen home prices move into a normal current market bracket vs. last year when homes were priced higher than market value. We still have very low inventory, with about 3 month supply – builders and new construction continue to be leading the way with available homes to buyers.
The rest of 2023 will be a continuation of what we have already seen. Buyers still want to buy and Sellers still want to sell – the interest rates have caused hesitation but the housing market remains strong.
