School Board Settles Sunshine Law Lawsuit with Citizens Defending Freedom
CDF has reached a settlement with the Miami-Dade County School Board to ensure that the Board follows Florida’s Sunshine Law in the process of adopting instructional materials.

CDF Legal Team Meets with Federal Officials Regarding Proposed Title IX Rule Change
CDF took a stand for constitutional rights in a crucial meeting with representatives from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Department of Education. The CDF legal team expressed vehement opposition to proposed alterations to Title IX, specifically targeting changes that would broaden the definition of “on the basis of sex” to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
