Press Release

By Citizens Defending Freedom

09-13-24

Today, Nassau County School district agreed to settle their lawsuit and return at least 18 obscene books to the library shelves by Friday, September 13th with no restrictions, no age guardrails.  Those 18 books were declared by the Nassau County School district in November 2023 to be obscene for minors in schools according to Florida Statutes 847.001 and 847.012.

The settlement is attached.

My initial speech to the school board has now changed.  They have taken illegal and potentially criminal action in breach of Florida Laws.

If you were planning to speak, you may want to adjust your message.

This is a dark day for Nassau County Schools.  Our leadership has failed our children and parents.
