LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS—Sarah Huckabee Sanders, 47th Governor of Arkansas and the youngest governor in the country signed an Executive Order May 2 that blocks implementation of Title IX calling Biden’s new regulations as his attempt “to erase women completely.”
The regulation:
“We will not comply,” said Gov. Sanders. “Frankly, I am appalled at what is coming out of Washington. I have said before, the dividing line in this country is not between right and left—it is between normal and crazy.
“The most recent attack on common senses came from President Biden’s Department of Education and their total re-write of Title IX. When Title IX was first written it was 37-words long. The message was simple. Men and women deserve equal access to higher education.”
“However, last month President Biden released a reinterpretation of (the 52-year-old) Title IX that comes in at an insane 459,000 words. Let that sink in. It is a document that should scare every woman and frankly every man in America. Title IX was created to protect women but Biden’s Title IX attempts to erase women completely. According to the rules, sex is no longer based on the common understood biological differences between men and women. It is based on how a person feels for their gender identity. To put it another way, Biden thinks anybody can be a woman, just because they say so.
“I can’t think of anything more offensive or dismissive of the very real scientific traits that all women share and that no man does. I find myself asking where are all the so-called feminists. Women fought for so long to have equal access to sports and higher education. Are we really going to throw that all away in the name of political correctness?
“Ask someone what is the difference between a man and a woman you will probably get a pretty straightforward answer but apparently our leaders in Washington can’t tell the difference anymore. It would be laughable if it weren’t so threatening.
“If Biden gets his way, female college students will shower and change next to male college students. Referring to someone using biological correct pronouns will get you hauled before a disciplinary board for harassment and scholarships previously reserved for women will now be open to anyone claiming to be a woman. My message to Joe Biden and the federal government is that we will not comply.”

Joining Gov. Sanders as she signed the Arkansas Executive Order was former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Marie Gaines, who has advocated against the inclusion of trans women in the women’s division of sports. In 2022, while swimming in the 200-yard NCAA freestyle championship, Gaines was tied for fifth place by University of Pennsylvania swimmer (six-foot-four-inch) Lia Thomas—the first openly trans woman champion in the NCAA women’s division after winning the 500-yard freestyle.
“We were tied and there was only one trophy and they gave it to Lia,” said Gaines, a Christian. “I asked: Why? It was a photo-op to validate the feelings of a male.
“We also had to share the same locker room where he was fully exposed and fully undressed. We were not forewarned of this arrangement. No one asked for our consent,” said Gaines. “This is a violation of Title IX. They (Biden’s administration), has flipped Title IX on its head. Rather than protection for female students—it now allows for discrimination. It compels, it forces the giving up of private spots for women. It encourages schools to give up private spots for women and encourage schools to emotionally blackmail women and punish students who speak up against unconstitutional rules. This is Orwellian.”
According to Gaines, “Gov. Sanders shows tremendous leadership for women sports and supporting our privacy.” In March 2024, Gaines was one of 16 female student athletes who launched a legal case against the National Collegiate Athletic Association over the participation of transgender athletes.

Marsha Metzger, President and Founder of Parents on the Level, a 501 (c3) organization, has taken the lead to mobilize parents in Florida and other States against Title IX through her May 6th webinar.

According to Metzger, “The Biden Administration expanded ‘their’ definition of sex discrimination on April 19th. The unconstitutional regulation (not law) that allows boys in girls’ bathrooms along with forced pronoun use by children K-12 is now realized, testing the ‘resilience’ of parents and state governments.
“With these new regulations, Christian parents especially are no longer fighting for school choice by reputation and performance; they are now left with no choice at all, which is actually unconstitutional. Hopefully, challenging lawsuits, bold governors (such as Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders) and superintendents with integrity will prevent this from taking effect on August 1, 2024, but we must prepare for the worst.
“The strings attached to federal funding are set in their minds to strangulate our voice and victimize our children. The very fact that it is an issue proves that the Department of Education must be defunded and dismantled before they dismantle our families and turn our kids against our nation.
“The real ‘kicker’ in this is that digital lessons can still accomplish the Biden Administration’s mission without Title IX. Even if your governor or school superintendent tries to block this overreach, there are still publishers, counselors and teachers that will represent this, (among other issues) unlawfully.
“Parents should check school websites and discuss these issues with their children and their school administrators. It is imperative that parents file a parental notification letter, affording legal documentation in the event of an infraction by their school district.
DO YOU TRUST PUBLIC SCHOOLS?
1. UNDERSTAND YOUR TITLE IX OFFICER’S “EXPANDED” ROLE IF BIDEN ADMINISTRATION SUCCEEDS:
- Replaces Parental Leadership in Moral Matters
- Allows Emotional Manipulation
- Suppression of Free Speech and Forces Compelled Speech
- Quelling Religious Expression or Adherence
- Removing Protection for Private Spaces (bathroom/locker rooms)
- Recording Violations in the Permanent Records of Students
2. REJECT FEDERAL FUNDING: These K-12 “administrators” can be likened to the bureaucracies of our national capital and they are the very ones that feed themselves from all of the federal funding. This will help replace funding for lunches. Consider the real cost of that “free” lunch.
3. REDUCE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONS: Evaluate all of these “OFFICERS”: Title IX, Information, Strategy, Data, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) officers, and more. Also, Psychologists, Doctors, PhD Extremists, woke Mental Health Counselors and Social Workers who inflate school administrations. Save money and get rid of them. Bring peace back to your school. (editor’s note- Recent Florida legislation mandates just that.)
4. UNPLUG DATA AND INTEROPERABLE SYSTEMS: Data is king. It drives the customization plans of a student’s SEL (Social Emotional Learning) assignments by woke administrators to master the CASEL 5 Competencies (a/k/a: the indoctrinating material) that feeds this egregious imposition. Data is also collected and sold to investors to be used for control, manipulation and grooming for globalization. Every day is a survey with digital publishers. With a CAGR (Compounded Annual Growth Rate) of 25%, publishers are willing to do ANYTHING to make the money, down to the destruction of our kids and families. Most of our children’s data has interoperable, GLOBAL access.
5. BAN MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS & CLINICS, MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS AND THE SOCIAL and EMOTIONAL LEARNING FRAMEWORK – the American School Counselor Association and American Universities educate today’s counselors to adhere to SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Ideology) theories and concepts. These same counselors also specialize in Critical Theories of all aspects, encouraging the resistance of former structure by promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to the level of overwriting the rights of parents and by violating religious freedom and parental rights.
6. BRING BACK PHYSICAL TEXTBOOKS – the minds of students have been adulterated by sexually explicit or age-inappropriate materials assigned through laptops and apps. This is a spiritual, anti-God battle – use these words, call this strategy out for what it is without shame. Digital curriculum is unsecured (dynamic) and open to updates at any time. This is the source of our problems

7. DENY INTERNET ACCESS TO FLUID OR DYNAMIC, DIGITAL RESOURCES. LIBRARIES & ONLINE ELA PROGRAMS SHOULD BE STATIC, SECURED AND AGE RESTRICTED IN LINE WITH PARENTAL CONSENT. LIBRARY BOOKS SHOULD HAVE RATINGS WITH APPROVED ACCESS LIMITS DETERMINED BY PARENTS.
8. STOP OMNIBUS CURRICULUM PURCHASING – School board members are often handed tremendous amounts of invoices for approval without knowing anything about the companies from which they purchase nor how they work. Due diligence should be required to investigate the integrity of the digital publishers, how they handle data, what their legal records contain and more.
9.
