For those who would consider voting for California’s current Governor Gavin Newsom for U.S. President, you need to know he keeps stating California is to be an example for the rest of our Nation. Here are some truths of his morals, his history:
Newsom continues to destroy California. It’s no longer a lovely, decent state we can be proud of. He just keeps finding more repulsive, damaging legislation to pass.
So far, just this month Newsom signed into Law in CA:
State Assembly Bill AB495 letting any stranger pick up any child/children from any school including preschools without parents consent OR knowledge!! Anyone simply checks a box on a paper in a school office, “unable to reach parents” and walks out with a child!
State Senate Bill SB79 now strips the rights of City Councils, City Fathers, City Residents, even counties, to control their construction and development – to shape their own neighborhoods. Sacramento, the State Capital of CA now has that power. It will override local zoning and decide how cities should and will be developed. Information states it will force cities and towns across California to allow location of and massive construction of apartment buildings, also business buildings up to nine stories tall will be erected next to transit stations, and other construction will be forced in residential areas.
Newsom spent $250 Million of CA taxes on a forced election this coming November for only ONE (1) item to be voted on. Only one! Proposition 50 is to change how State Districts for Voting are established. Up until now, an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission drew district boundaries based on Federal census, creating fair representation for all Californians so an equal number of Democrats and Republicans represented the state’s voting districts. Newsom intends to change that. He wants to give Democrats control of CA districts – thereby giving CA Assembly control to Democrats for the 2026 midterm election plus give U.S. Congressional House control to Democrats for the 2028 Presidential election – Newsom’s bid for U.S. President.
Gasoline in CA is almost $5.00 a gallon. We have one of the highest state taxes in the Nation. We have one of the highest homeless and crime rates. Ignoring those problems, Newsom wants to erect a rapid transit route through, thereby destroying precious farmland, connecting Southern and Northern CA. We already have trains, busses and even airlines connecting us.
Newsom is fighting Trump by ignoring the edict to declassify CA as a Sanctuary State. Instead, he plans on keeping it so all criminals may live without fear of arrest. They can continue to leave their area to rob, rape, plunder and murder then run back to their sanctuary to avoid arrest and fill that city’s streets with trash and feces with abandon!
For some reason Newsom likes and supports that filth and danger to CA residents.
His signing so many devastating laws is possible through one method most U.S. residents are unaware exists. Both state Legislatures and federal Congress apply it at will. It’s called “Gutted and Amended”. The people we voted into office to “serve and protect” us and our Nation feel free to take an older bill and erase everything but the bill number. Then they amend it by writing in what they want, usually nothing to do with the original bill. Here’s the truth – since that bill number had already been passed into law, in our elected officials’ opinion it does not need to be voted on again nor even need to be brought to public attention. Viola! That gutted and amended bill then becomes law without us knowing anything about it!
Therefore, We, The People of USA must start studying the history of every single person running for any kind of office. And, everyone needs to know Newsom’s history before voting.
