REMEMBER TO TAKE THE GROWTH SCENARIO SURVEY!
This is a crucial moment in the planning process for the Nassau County community to share their vision for the future of Nassau! The population is expected to double in the next 25 years, reaching nearly 200,000 residents by 2050. Growth scenarios can be used to determine how growth can be financially feasible, align with community values, and provide a resilient future.
Share your thoughts on the three growth scenarios! Your feedback in this survey will shape the preferred growth scenario for the Vision 2050 Plan, and the selected scenario plan will shape the vision for the Comprehensive Plan update.

Thanks to the hundreds of community members who came together for the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on December 6, 2024, at the Justice Center in Yulee. The festive evening included live performances by the Nassau Community Band and the Royal Amelia Dance Academy. Attendees enjoyed activities for all ages, such as a Holiday Vendor Market, train rides, photo opportunities in Santa’s Village, food trucks, and a Kids Zone. Visitors also stayed cozy in the Winter Wonderland Vision 2050 Tent, where they shared their insights on growth scenarios and the Vision Plan’s building blocks while checking out the Vision Video.
