Trump Reacts To Judge Cannon Dismissal Of Jack Smith’s Classified Documents Case
Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday dismissed Jack Smith’s classified documents case based on unlawful appointment and funding of the special counsel.
Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents. Trump was charged with 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.
Last July Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. The superseding indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, claims Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.

Police Spotted Trump Rally Shooter Nearly A Half-Hour Before Shots, And It Gets Worse
Channel 11′s Nicole Ford confirmed that Beaver County’s ESU team had eight members at the rally, including snipers and spotters. According to Ford’s sources, one of them noticed a suspicious man on a roof near the rally at 5:45 p.m., called it in and took a picture of the person. We have learned from our sources the person in that picture is Thomas Crooks. We’re told it’s not clear if Crooks had a gun with him at that point. They even saw him before then. According to multiple sources, a law enforcement officer had also previously seen Crooks on the ground and called him in as a suspicious person with a picture prior to 5:45 p.m.
But there’s one more stunning piece of information that makes it worse. Guess what that building was, the one that the shooter was on? It was a staging area for the local police involved in security for the event. Unbelievable. The building where gunman Thomas Crooks scrambled onto the roof and opened fire was the staging area for the local police tactical team doing overwatch of the crowd, two law enforcement officials told ABC News.

Conservative Reporter Startles NBC’s Kristen Welker With A Question Regarding NBC Downplaying Trump’s Near-Assassination – Welker Then Flees The Scene
NBC News was one of many networks that initially downplayed Trump’s near death, reporting that there were just popping noises at the rally rather than gunshots.
Conservative Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez decided to confront liberal NBC reporter and Meet The Press host Kristen Welker at the RNC Convention on Monday about her network’s irresponsible reporting, which stunned her. The look on Welker’s face is priceless. Instead of answering, Welker fled away from “danger.”

Peter Navarro Released From Prison, Will Head To RNC Convention
Dr. Peter Navarro on Wednesday was released from prison after serving a 4-month sentence for defying a congressional subpoena. Navarro is traveling to the RNC convention in Milwaukee.
In March Peter Navarro reported to prison for his 4-month sentence. He was the first high-ranking Trump aide to be imprisoned by the Biden Regime. A federal appeals court previously denied Navarro’s request to remain out of jail. The three-judge panel – all Obama appointees – included Judges Patricia Millett, Cornelia Pillard and Robert Wilkins.
Last September former Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro, 74, was convicted of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena in Liz Cheney’s January 6 investigation. Navarro did not comply with the subpoena because he said Trump told him to assert executive privilege.
Biden’s DOJ has abused Dr. Navarro throughout the entire process. According to Navarro, the feds put him in leg irons and threw him in a cell last year.

Leaked Call With House Dems Shows An Unhinged Joe Biden Trashing Decorated Veteran’s Service In Disturbing Rant
Just hours before Trump was shot, Puck News revealed Biden had a Zoom call with “center-left” House Democrats that “was even worse than the debate,” with him not being able to finish sentences. He consistently rambled throughout and lost his train of thought.
But that was not the worst part of the call. Biden put Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO), a decorated former Army ranger awarded a Bronze Star for his heroic actions during the war in Iraq, on blast for daring to question the direction of his candidacy. Biden first told Crow he knew far more about national security than him, falsely claiming he “put NATO back together.” He then mocked Crow’s service to America, unfavorably comparing it to his late son Beau. As TGP readers know, Biden often misleadingly portrays himself as a Gold Star dad, especially when speaking with veterans and their families.
Biden finally concluded his crazy rant by boasting about his foreign “accomplishments” while claiming he’s “the most respected person” overseas leaders have ever met.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn: Secret Service, FBI Directors ‘Owe The American People Answers’ Regarding Attempted Assassination Of Trump
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) spoke to Breitbart News about the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump and how the Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation “owe the American people answers’ regarding what happened at the Trump rally.
Blackburn spoke about how Senators had a call with Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle and FBI Director Christopher Wray, and how there were still a bunch of unanswered questions in response to how 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks was able to get onto a nearby roof with a direct line of sight to Trump.
Blackburn added another question people want to know is “why” it took “two days for the Secret Service to start” revealing anything. “I have no confidence in the leadership of Director Cheatle and believe it is in the best interest of our nation if she steps down from her position,” Blackburn wrote.
There were various security failings that occurred that day, where several law enforcement officers reportedly saw Crooks and called him in as being a security threat. Two Butler Township police officers reportedly went up a ladder after Crooks, but retreated after they saw he had a gun.
Several rallygoers and law enforcement officers have also been reported to have alerted about Crooks. One officer reportedly “issued warnings to command” and saw Crooks using a range finder to calculate the distance between where Trump would be speaking from and where he was.

Federal Snipers Overlooked Rooftop Sniper from 40 Feet Away Could Have Just Walked Over To Stop Him
Eyewitnesses from the ground who saw the shooter on the roof at the Butler Trump rally describe seeing snipers in the second story building of the AGR Building in Butler Township, Pennsylvania.
The alleged sniper was crawling around on the roof for a half hour as people were screaming that there was a sniper on the roof. The sniper team inside the building on the second floor, had to have heard their screams and their pleas. During this time, they did nothing to stop the sniper on the roof who was just 40 feet away from multiple windows where they would have seen him.
The federal narrative around the Butler, PA Trump Rally shooting has been falling apart hour-by-hour since Saturday.

Investment Firm That Allegedly “Put Options” on 12 Million Trump Stocks Day Before Assassination Attempt Blames Filing Error
Austin Private Wealth, LLC, a Texas-based financial planning company, is being scrutinized after a social media post went viral that claimed they had put options on as many as 12 million shares of DJT shares just one day before the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The investment firm denied the allegations and has now blamed a filing error for this controversial action.
A Put Option is an investment made by someone who expects a company’s Stock Price to fall. People who engage in Inside Trading buy Put Options can make 5X or, sometimes even 100X profits (depends on how quickly the stock plummets).
Social media users also scrutinized Austin Private Wealth’s investors. The latest 13F filings reveal a list of top investors, including influential globalists such as The Rothschild Family, BlackRock, Vanguard, and Meta, as well as prominent political families like the Bushes and the Cheneys. Trump’s death would have crashed the Nasdaq and Dow Jones for a week. Anyone who had this knowledge beforehand would have made an estimated $696 billion to $1 Trillion in profits.

Corey Comperatore: Husband, Father, Firefighter Killed By Trump’s Would-Be Assassin, Laid to Rest
Corey Comperatore, the husband, father, and firefighter killed by former President Donald Trump’s would-be assassin last Saturday in Butler, Pennsylvania, was laid to rest on Friday. Photos and videos show Comperatore’s casket leaving Cabot United Methodist Church, draped in the American flag. According to the New York Post, eight firefighters carried the casket out. Comperatore was killed that day, shielding his family from the bullets raining down on them.
Former President Donald Trump honored Comperatore during his speech at the Republican National Convention Thursday evening, as the firefighter’s uniform was rolled out onto the stage. Trump went over and kissed the helmet in a moving moment.
Trump also cited the scripture John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friend.”

Majority Of Trump Security Detail Were Not Secret Service Say Whistleblowers
Whistleblowers inside the Department of Security have alleged that the majority of the security detail for former President Donald Trump were “not even Secret Service,” according to a Republican lawmaker. Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri relayed these claims in a public letter to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas on Friday. Other lapses in security protocol allegedly included a lack of personnel stationed around the security perimeter and an inadequately enforced buffer zone around the podium.

A Major Lie From The Secret Service About the Trump Assassination Attempt Just Got Busted
The Secret Service is hiding in the bunker. They haven’t held a press conference on the July 13 assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. There’s been a code of silence on his harrowing and historic event, and we know why: they got busted for peddling a lie. Shocker—but we have another Biden-era scandal emerging, one where the agency appears to have hidden from the public because there was no spinning what was inevitably going to be asked by the media: the allegation that the Biden Department of Homeland Security denied requests for more resources. After initially denying it, the agency finally had to admit this was true.
The Washington Post and New York Times confirmed it. However, it was The Federalist’s Sean Davis who first reported that a source told him this was the case in the initial aftermath of the assassination attempt against the former president. It only adds to the incompetence of this administration, along with dousing the fires of a cover-up. At this point, there are too many coincidences, security failures, and now lies to dismiss this narrative outright (via NYT):
Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is set to be grilled on Monday by House Oversight. How was the rooftop where shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, fired shots at Trump was left unprotected? Why wasn’t it swept before the rally? Why wasn’t a Secret Service drone in the air? How could Crooks fly his drone around the rally area before the attack? Finally, Trump says he wasn’t informed of the threat against him before the rally, adding the Secret Service never told him before he took the stage. The agency was aware of a threat against the former president ten minutes before the start of the event: The Secret Service got caught lying.

Grassley Demands Answers As Shocking New Info Revealed About Secret Service Resources for Jill Biden
We’ve seen all kinds of issues in terms of the Secret Service coverage of the Butler, Pennsylvania, rally that ended with an assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump. Firefighter Corey Comperatore was killed in the shooting, and two other Trump supporters were wounded. As our sister site Townhall reported, the Secret Service just admitted on Saturday that they had denied requests from the Trump detail for resources for two years, despite previously saying on July 15 that no resources had been rebuffed. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), ahead of Monday’s scheduled House Oversight Committee hearing where lawmakers will question Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle, is now demanding answers and a list of everyone who was providing security. He cited emails showing there were only the three post-standers for Trump and the 12 for Jill Biden.
That’s insane. You have a former president who has a ton of threats against him, largely because of the demonization by the Democrats. There actually was an Iranian threat. Yet still they detailed more to Jill, if this report is true.
That’s a big problem, and how they are handling Trump’s security needs to be upgraded immediately. Cheatle needs to resign, but beyond that, all that went on here needs to be exposed and dealt with, with people held accountable.
