Continuing Education: Efficient Irrigation for Community Associations The St. Johns River Water Management District’s water conservation team is offering a one-hour continuing education session via Microsoft Teams focused on irrigation for community association managers and property management personnel. Led by industry veteran Deirdre Irwin, this session will explore strategies for maintaining attractive landscapes while achieving utility savings and water conservation. Topics include: – A breakdown of irrigation system components – The relationship between landscape choices and water resources – Best practices for efficient irrigation systems: design, installation, scheduling, and maintenance – Implementing changes for greater water and cost efficiency in communities. Community Association Managers who participate can receive an elective CEU credit. Date: Wednesday, July 16, 11 a.m. to noon |
