The Y is more than a Gym. 
At the First Coast YMCA we offer our members who are 50 and Better ways to age healthfully. This includes exercise classes and opportunities for social engagement.  Are you interested in Book Clubs, Bible Study, Bingo or just looking for a meal with Y friends?  The Y has something for everyone.  Check out our Healthy Aging Newsletters that give all of the details on what is happening in your branch and other locations. With a Silver Sneakers or Renew Active Membership you can visit other branches across the First Coast.
