4.1 OPENING REMARKS – STATE OF THE CITY – Interim City Manager/City Engineer Charles L. George will provide an overview of 2023 accomplishments as well as current and future projects.
4.2 PUBLIC WORKS – UTILITIES – Director Andre Desilet will present an overview of current and pending projects.
4.3 PUBLIC WORKS – OPERATIONS – Director Jeremiah Glisson will present an overview of current and pending projects.

6.1 BOND OPTIONS – DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION AND RESILIENCY – Hilltop Securities
Inc. Managing Director Mark Galvin will provide an overview of bond options to fund downtown revitalization and resiliency.
6.2 CITY COMMISSION – Discuss and prioritize future projects and subsequent funding options.
