
The annual MLK parade will be held on January 16, 2023, Martin Luther King Jr Day, following the traditional parade route through historic downtown Fernandina Beach’s Ash Street and Centre Street from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Approximately 30 vehicle/participants are expected.

Parade commences at Noon. Parade route will be the same as usual: From the corner of S. 11th Street and Elm (MLK) Street to Ash. From Ash to Front. From Front to Centre. From Centre to S. 11th. From S. 11th to Elm Street. Parade will culminate at the Martin Luther King, Jr., Center 1200 Elm Street. Theme: Together We Can Be the Dream! Everyone is invited to participate. Calling on elected officials, leaders, clubs, organizations, women, men, boys, and girls. Let us always remember our slain Civil Rights leader by honoring his legacy!
