Our video of a Texas parent admonishing her local school board has over a million views on Instagram. For months, Collin County Citizens Defending Freedom, community members, and parents of Plano, Texas have been identifying highly inappropriate books in their local schools that contain sexually explicit and graphic content.
After multiple district book review processes were completed, parents were shocked to learn that even though many of the books were deemed to contain “harmful and obscene content” they were returned to library shelves due to “literary merit.”
