Press Release
By Congressman Aaron Bean
12/22/24
On Friday, House Republicans passed H.R. 10545, a government funding bill that will continue to fund the federal government through March 14th and provide disaster relief to Floridians.

We owe it to the next generation of Americans to rein in our unsustainable national debt and both President Trump and House Republicans will make the necessary reductions we promised the American people. As your voice in our nation’s capital, I am focused on forcing Crazy Town to live within its means, just like families across the country. This package will clear the path for President Trump and our unified Republican leadership to keep our government open and return our nation to a path of economic prosperity.
DRAINING THE SWAMP

The swamp is thick and deep here in Crazy Town, and I’m here to drain it. On Friday, Senator Joni Ernst and I teamed up to unveil the Decentralizing and Re-organizing Agency Infrastructure Nationwide To Harness Efficient Services, Workforce Administration, and Management Practices (DRAIN THE SWAMP) Act, which would require nearly a third of workers to relocate outside the beltway.
As the co-chair for the Congressional DOGE Caucus, I’m fighting to ensure the government works for you, not the other way around.
CONGRESSIONAL DOGE CAUCUS MEETS FOR FIRST TIME

On Tuesday, we held our first Congressional DOGE Caucus meeting to discuss policies for the upcoming session. The room was packed! We had 29 members sign-up to attend, but more than 60 joined, including three Democrats. Preventing wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars is not a partisan issue!
Together, we stand united in our commitment to prevent America from diving off the cliff of fiscal ruin. Read more about it in Fox News HERE.
BEAN TO FOX NEWS: THE FIRST PRIORITY IS TO BUILD TRUST!

Congressional DOGE Caucus co-chair Congressman Pete Sessions and I joined ‘The Story’ with Martha MacCallum on Tuesday to discuss what we will cut day one.
BEAN JOINS AMERICA’S NEWSROOM

The American people are tired of government waste, fraud, and abuse. I spoke with Dana Perino on Fox News about how the DOGE Caucus will break the cycle of Crazy Town’s overspending, put taxpayers first, and make government more efficient.
HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET THE JOB DONE!

On Thursday, I joined ‘Mornings with Maria’ on Fox Business to weigh in on the government funding bill, DOGE’s impact on government spending, the U.S. debt limit, and House Republican leadership’s priorities in a reconciliation bill.
