US vs. Skrmetti out of Tennesse
Fantastic news: on June 18th Polite society has been waiting for the Supreme Court ruling that the ban on sterilization and mutilation of minors can be upheld. I’m so grateful for this ruling. This is an historic win for children, detransitioners, parents, and those who stand for humanity truth & evidence-based care.
Deviant three who dissented were: Elena Kagen, Ketanji Brown, Sonia Sotomayor
The US Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming medical treatments, such as puberty blockers and hormones, for minors in a 6-3 decision. The ruling found that the law does not violate the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause. The Skrmetti ruling has enormous implications for states that have laws restricting medical interventions on minors.
Words of wisdom from Justice Clarence Thomas
This ruling won’t end the medical abuse scandal, but it is a critical first step in allowing states to protect children from these unproven barbaric interventions. Over 20 states have now banned and outlawed the trans child abuse scandal. Now it’s time for the rest of America to wake up and admit it was a crazy idea to sterilize and mutilate children.
“In sadness, I dissent.” Let’s not mince words. Remember this: Justice Sotomayor believes in castrating children, chopping off their breasts, or exposing them to genital mutilation
How did America allow the butchery of children?
Ironically, the United States is globally considered a civilized country. Therefore, how on earth did the radical idea of chopping off healthy body parts and sterilizing children ever happen in the first place? A child cannot get a tattoo, vote, or buy cigarettes or alcohol until they are of adult age. Still, somehow, democrats believe children can mutilate their bodies, causing irreversible damage to their physical and mental well-being as young as twelve years old. Democrat ideologues are the cancer of a rotten society. For us to understand this, one must contemplate the fear tactics and emotional blackmail the left uses as their weapon.
The looking glass effect
One example is constantly calling the race card when basic research of history shows us that the Democrats are the party of systemic racism from enslavers, Ku Klux Klan to denying and fabricating a deplorable story to deny the first Black man the noble brilliant Justice Clarence Thomas to enter the supreme court. Yes, Democrats are the biggest hypocrites. Make no mistake everything they accuse conservatives of reflects them like a looking glass. It’s almost laughable. Because crafty liberal liars know the tactic that works best is to deny everything and make counter-accusations.
The Con
The Trans con is a malevolent and manipulative combination of left-wing propaganda of fearmongering working hand in hand with big pharma money, turning victims into lifelong pharmaceutical patients. Trans activists hiding under the guise of self-described medical expert’s shout; “you must affirm the children!” or else they will commit suicide.
Reality check for Change!
Recent studies consistently show that anyone with common sense already knows that this is indeed a wicked lie. Now we are hearing from the real victims, the detransitioners who were sold the evil lie that they were born in the wrong body. Listening to their stories is powerful and inspiring for real change. The good news is the Supreme Court win is the catalyst for real change, which will motivate concerned citizens, knowing the law will back them up.
ACLU will not rest with this win
The decision is a setback for transgender rights, potentially strengthening similar bans in about 26 other states. American Civil Liberties Union, better known as ACLU, is a well-funded and well-organized corrupt left-wing organization that has been pushing hard to normalize trans kids. This historic win is an unexpected slap on the face to the ACLU by abruptly telling them to leave the kids alone. Unfortunately, the ACLU will not rest with this win, and the case has national implications ahead. I can hear Betty Davis crying out from her grave. “Fasten your seatbelts. “It’s going to be a bumpy year ahead!”
Chief Justice Roberts wrote that the law falls within legislative authority and does not discriminate based on sex, as it applies to all minors regardless of gender. This is a MASSIVE WIN to fight the end of the demonic gender ideology cult and the wake of destruction it leaves on society with regards to women’s sports and private safe spaces being invaded by unstable men. Interestingly, to note two of these SCOTUS dissenters have no children, and one cannot define what a woman is. Thank goodness for the bold men on the Supreme Court and Amy Coney Barret for perhaps redeeming herself with conservatives with this critical decision to protect God’s children from trans abuse.
Ironic Twist
Justice Jackson joined the minority. It looks like Justice Jackson went from not being able to define a woman: “I’m not a biologist” to schooling Tennessee on sex discrimination in this case. She found her inner dictionary for the dissent; the confirmation clip will now be forever a worthy cameo in the irony Hall of Fame!

Democrats are choosing the wrong side of an 80-20 issue. The Supreme Court, Chief Justice Roberts effectively delegated the issue to the states, ruling not on transgender issues but on age-based regulations. The dissent focused on it as a matter of sex-based discrimination, nevertheless, it’s unlikely the case will return to the Supreme Court.
At the state level, statutes could be passed to not allow gender-affirming care, including age restrictions for specific procedures, or a state could amend its constitution to permit it. Either way, the Supreme Court won’t intervene unless a law is blatantly discriminatory or poorly constructed.

History will look back on this time as worse than the lobotomies. The celebrities, medical professionals, and politicians have pushed on children gross levels of child abuse in the degenerate guise of gender-affirming care. These medicine procedures to mutilate and chemically castrated children. For what? All so, Big Pharma could profit from billions off the back of vulnerable people. Young souls turned to them for guidance and help. Instead, they were given life-altering treatments that they would have to endure for the rest of their lives—shame on every deviant person who supported and celebrated this abhorrent abuse of children.

The fight is now left in state legislatures and ballot boxes, making this a losing battle for Democrats at the national level. On a positive note, we are one step closer to making history for good. It feels great to be on the right side of history with one gigantic leap forward to ending the war on children. These days I’m feeling more confident in standing up and fighting for what is morally right and true because in the end, protecting Gods children against evil is what decent people do in Gods grace.
