Thank God for Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA.
The man was a saint! He had the courage to go onto the college campuses of America (which are bastions of liberalism and atheism) and bravely speak the truth about cultural and political issues, and even preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that his assassination on September 10, 2025, may be a turning point for America. I believe that his death will highlight the truth of the issues about which he spoke. I also hope that the people of our country will now see the urgent need to discuss the issues of the day in a civil and respectful manner without hatred and violence. Finally, I believe that his death as a Christian martyr will mobilize millions of young people in America to transform our colleges to again be a civil search for truth, lead many students to salvation, and may even lead to next great revival in our land.
The genius of Charlie Kirk was that he was not just a great debater, but that he had the courage to engage the college students on every controversial issue of our day. He exercised the great tradition of freedom of speech enshrined in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. College is supposed to be about the search for truth and the free exchange of ideas in a civil and academic atmosphere. Unfortunately, it has devolved into a place of intolerance and liberal brainwashing and hatred for America. Charlie Kirk took a great stand against this evil.
Kirk also had a major part to play in the re-election of President Trump. He founded Turning Point USA. He made the young people of America think about the issues and the candidates with a fresh view. And millions of young people changed their vote from Democrat to Republican and Trump was re-elected, a major political miracle. Forty-six percent of young people (ages 18 to 29) voted for Trump in the last election, a significant shift, and a 10 percent increase in the youth vote over 2020. He was an important part of the MAGA movement (“Make America Great Again!”)
Kirk was a Christian evangelist as much as he was a conservative activist. On every issue, he quoted Scripture. He opposed abortion, and said it was murder and should be illegal. He quoted Psalm 139:13: “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” And he said that life begins at conception, not birth. He said that abortion was worse than the holocaust.
In regard to human sexuality, he quoted Matthew 19:4-6, where Jesus said: “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female and said,” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” So Kirk took a stand against gender confusion, and for Godly marriage and Biblical sexuality and against gay marriage. He told the young people that getting married and having children was even more important to happiness than having a great career. He opposed birth control, which he said made women “angry and bitter”. He said it was “common sense” for President Trump to ban “mentally delusional” “transgender” people from the military, and that we should focus on winning wars, not social engineering. He opposed so-called “Pride month” and said that the same-sex decision by the Supreme Court was wrong and that it has led to a liberal campaign to “corrupt our children”
Kirk took a stand for capitalism and against critical race theory, socialism, communism, and Marxism, which have gained some favor among young people today due to the liberal brainwashing by college professors. He said these teachings foster division and conflict and are opposed to the Gospel and the Word of God, and he quoted Galatian 3:28: “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave or free, nor is there make and female for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” He said that “Critical Race Theory” was racist and divisive and should not be taught in college. He opposed DEI and “affirmative action” as racist and divisive and unconstitutional, resulting in “anti-white” reverse discrimination, and the hiring or unqualified people, including a Supreme Court Justice.
Kirk was a staunch supporter of Israel, and said that his trip to the Holy Land had changed his life. He said being in Israel made the Bible “pop” into reality and come to life. He said that the Jews were still God’s Chosen people, and that they were destined by God to be a blessing to the whole world. He quoted Scripture that God had given the Holy Land to the Jews and Israel. He defended the right of Israel to defend itself by eradicating the threat of Hamas in Gaza, which orchestrated the horrendous attack on Israel on October 7, 2024, in which over 1,200 Jews were brutally killed and 250 hostages taken. Israel’s President Netanyahu called Kirk a “lionhearted friend of Israel” who stood tall for Judeo-Christian civilization.” Kirk said that Islam was a threat to America, and that the perpetrators of 911 should not be rewarded with a Mayor in New York City.
Kirk was a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms for self-defense and to protect against a tyrannical government. He strongly supported armed guards in schools, saying “If our money, and our sporting events, and our airplanes have armed guards, why don’t our children?” He said that guns, armed guards, and gun detectors should be used to prevent shootings in schools and campuses.
Kirk ridiculed the concept of “climate change” and said it was a “hoax” and that there was no scientific consensus on global warming. He denied that climate change was an existential threat to the earth, calling that “hogwash.” He said that climate activism was a threat to American sovereignty, a trojan horse for Marxism, and “pseudo-paganism.”
Kirk said proudly that he was a “Christian nationalist” and opposed to “Globalism” and in favor of strong national borders, which he said were Biblical. He strongly supported President Trump’s efforts to deport millions of illegal aliens, who were a threat to the country in many ways, criminal and financially. He said that Biden and the Democrats deliberately let millions of illegal aliens into our country to decrease the white, Republican vote and stay in power. He said that “white privilege” was a myth and a racist idea. Kirk said that the so-called “separation of church and state” was a fabrication, and he called for Christians to reclaim the “Seven Mountains of Influence” in our country. He said that we have a Christian form of government but not necessarily a Christian nation, which causes great problems. He said Western Civilization was the best that humanity has produced because it is based on the Bible.
In regard to COVID, Kirk called it the “China Virus” and protested the closing of churches, the need to wear masks, and the need to take COVID vaccine shots. He said churches had a First Amendment right to stay open, that a mask was ineffective, and that the COVID vaccines were harmful and even deadly to many people.
In regard to crime, Kirk said that the gun violence in Chicago was primarily due to a collapse of the Black family and the absence of black fathers, causing gangs and black on black crime.
Charlie Kirk was a great American, who took a stand for conservative and Biblical, Judeo-Christian values. He was instrumental in the Trump Presidential victory, so in that way, he changed the history of America, and the world. His death has doubled the number of Turning Point chapters on college campuses. I pray that his ministry to the young people of America will not only continue, but greatly increase in size, and that millions of college students will not only become conservatives but shall become Christians and find their salvation. I pray that his death will be a turning point for all of America, and that we shall return to our Judeo-Christian roots as a nation. And, because of his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Charlie Kirk was a Christian martyr and we shall see him again in Heaven!
