The greatest monument of American imagination is the Constitution, a document designed to defy tyrannical wishes of governments.
However, words on parchment are guaranteed adherence to only, if men with steely will insure, that such words of profound meaning will be implemented by law. Well, lately we have seen breaches and rubber-band-stretches of the constitution, as laws are cobbled together. In some cases, the constitution, and the laws, rendered according to the sacred document by the Supreme Court, fall victim to political expediency.
Here, we remember the astounding pronouncement by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, when considering the case against government, forcing social media companies to censure people’s free speech, that “the First Amendment [was] hamstringing the government in insignificant ways.”
Yes, ma’am. That was the intent of the amendment, to prevent the government from silencing the thoughts and voices of dissenters. And thank God that the amendment was included in the original draft of the Bill of Rights.
I must remind you that this is the same justice who was unable or unwilling to define what constitutes a woman, when questioned by Senator Marsha Blackburn during Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearing. Meaning—she is a political hack—not a constitutional lawyer.
President Biden, the new Caesar, defied the Supreme Court and the Constitution, by apportioning taxpayer money to eliminate student loan debts, while buying votes for his re-election. It is important to remember the clever language couching the Taxpayer-Theft, “Forgiveness of the student loans.” Nothing forgiving about it. The loans are paid for by the citizens of America. The moment this atrocity was heaped upon the tax-paying herd, a new little-known plague was heaped upon us. Here it is.
A Headline on the front page of the Epoch Times reads as follows: Behind Massive Mail-In Ballot Push Is a Little – Noticed Executive Order
Below this headline is the lead in. The federal government is using its vast resources and agencies to register new voters and expand mail-in balloting.
In case you think this new voter-registration will benefit both parties, you are sadly mistaken. It only benefits the ruling Democrats in their effort to stay in power. The might of the Biden government reaches into all governmental institutions in an effort for them to produce a flood of new Democrat voters. Never mind what kind of people will be voting.
Here is Joe Biden’s Executive Order 1419, which states; The head of each agency shall evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation.
What? As appropriate and consistent with applicable law? As if this president and his minions had paid any heed to any law they wanted to break. And here, the backlash begins. According to the Epoch Times, Mississippi Secretary of State, Michael Watson wrote to U.S. Attorney Merrick Garland on March 6, alleging that agencies under the attorney general’s charge are attempting to register people to vote, including potentially ineligible felons, and to co-opt state and local officials into accomplishing this goal. Among other things, this order has forced U.S. Marshals to modify more than 900 contracts with prisons and jails to provide voter registration documents and facilitate mail-in voting.
This huge correctional system in the state of Mississippi is only one of many apparatuses forced to use taxpayer money to help felons to vote. Multiply that by 1,566 State prisons, 98federal prisons, 3,116 local jails 1,323 juvenile correction facilities and 142 Immigrant detention centers, and the amount of money needed to comply with Biden’s order is enormous. That, however, is just the start. Other involved agencies will be the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, (two colossal behemoths,) the Department of Education, the Department of Agriculture, and a plethora of nonprofit organizations like ACLU, teachers unions, public employee unions, the Southern Poverty Law Center, etcetera, etcetera… the list goes on. With these parties involved, there is no official count which agency will participate in the mobilization of Democrat voters. The amount of money spread about by these organizations, however, grows exponentially. It is a power grab with unimaginable consequences.
I cite Stewart Whitson, legal director, Foundation for Government Accountability.
It’s unlimited funding and resources and the reach of the federal government and all its offices located across the country.
Biden’s order 14019 currently is stalled in Congress, that, however, does not mean that it is not carried out by stealth. Who really knows what amounts of money are already used for the purpose of a Democrat win? Just remember, this administration has flaunted the Supreme Court, as concerns student loans and the constitution.
This Executive Order, much like an ukase from a Tsar, was signed on March 7, 2021. I am a fairly well-informed citizen and had not heard or seen anything about this order until recently. I am flabbergasted that the Republican Party has not done more to inform the citizens than produce a bill in May 2023 that seems to be stalled.

Born in Germany in 1941, Sigrid Weidenweber remembers the horrific aftermath of Fascism. At the end of the war, she found herself living under Communism. Both of these totalitarian regimes left indelible marks on her psyche. She developed a healthy distrust of governments usurping too many powers in order to control people supposedly for their own good. MORE
