Local (Community): Father lets Jesus be scourged
Scripture: Matthew 27:26: “Then he (Pilate) released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered Him to be crucified” (NKJV).
Prayer: “Father, forgive us for denying Jesus.”
County/State: Christ Gives His Life So We May Receive Access To The Father
Scripture: Matthew 27:37: “And they (soldiers) put up over His head the accusation written against Him: ‘This is Jesus The King Of The Jews’” (NKJV).
Prayer: “Lord, Jesus, forgive us for not recognizing You as our King.”
Nation/Nations: Jesus Dies On The Cross
Scripture: Matthew 27:50: “And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit” (NKJV).
Prayer: “Holy Spirit, thank you that “’the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom (giving us access to the Father in heaven); and the earth quaked and the rocks were split.’” (Matthew 27:51) when Jesus yielded up His spirit.”
