Press Release

By Congressman Aaron Bean

12/7/25

Our national debt has reached $38 trillion and healthcare spending is one of the largest contributors. Endless spending won’t solve the problem — we must confront the root causes.

That’s why I launched the Path to Consensus Series focused on healthcare affordability. The kickoff event featured two expert panels and a keynote from House Budget Committee Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX‑19), spotlighting ideas to lower costs, improve care, and put patients — not bureaucrats — at the center.ImagePanelists discussed reforms to the Affordable Care Act, stronger safeguards against fraud, and strategies to rein in costs. These conversations showed that with open, honest dialogue, meaningful healthcare reform is within reach.

This series is about bringing people together, finding common ground, and moving toward real solutions that expand choice, foster competition, and lower costs for families. Read more HERE .

HOUSE PASSED: TRACE ACT TO COMBAT FOREIGN ADVERSARIESImageCLICK HERE TO WATCH MY REMARKS

On Thursday, my bill—the Transparency in Reporting of Adversarial Contributions to Education (TRACE) Act—passed the House.  The goal is to address the aggressive, systematic threats from foreign adversaries seeking to infiltrate our K-12 schools.

American schools are for education, not espionage. Yet this is what happens when our institutions of learning accept the Trojan horse of foreign funding. The TRACE Act puts parents back in charge, exposes foreign influence for what it is, and slams the door on hostile nations trying to reach America’s youth.

CHARTERING A NEW COURSE FOR AMERICA’S BUDGETImageCLICK HERE TO WATCH MY REMARKS

With our national debt now at $38 trillion, America is on a dangerous trajectory — one that risks a Titanic‑like ending if we don’t act. This week, I spoke at the House Budget Committee’s Member Day hearing to share my ideas for fixing Washington’s broken budget process.

The good news is that with House Republicans leading the way, we are charting a new course that promises a great American comeback.

EXPOSING WASTE IN ORGAN PROCUREMENTImageCLICK HERE TO WATCH MY REMARKS

During the Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee hearing, I shed light on the rampant waste, fraud, and abuse within the organ procurement industry. This misuse of taxpayer dollars undermines trust in a system that should be saving lives.

I look forward to working with my colleagues in the House to restore integrity to the transplant process and ensure accountability, so patients and families can have confidence in the care they deserve.

SHUTTING THE DOOR ON FOREIGN INFLUENCE IN CLASSROOMSImageCLICK HERE FOR AN INSTANT REPLAY

Every dollar that flows into American classrooms from bad actors comes with strings attached. Millions in China‑linked funding have already made their way into K‑12 schools, subjecting students to Chinese Communist Party propaganda disguised as language and culture programs.

I joined NewsNation’s Mornings in America to discuss how the TRACE Act will prevent this from happening.

THE PIPE BOMBER WASN’T A PRIORITY!ImageCLICK HERE FOR AN INSTANT REPLAY

I joined Wake Up America Early on Newsmax to discuss how the Biden‑Harris Administration failed to prioritize the pipe bomber case. Instead, millions of taxpayer dollars were directed at targeting nonviolent individuals, while a dangerous suspect remained at large.

CASEWORK CORNER

A Duval County constituent was left frustrated after struggling to receive her tax return from the IRS. After repeated delays and issues with the Taxpayer Advocacy Service, she contacted my office. My team quickly connected with caseworkers at the IRS, who processed the constituent’s $18,000 return.

Are you in need of casework assistance? My staff and I are here to help you! Call us today at 904-830-3933.
