The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island unveils its spectacular Gingerbread Sandcastle Village, filling the Lobby with the warm, inviting scent of the holidays. This iconic centerpiece is meticulously crafted from hundreds of handmade gingerbread planks and turrets — each rolled, cut, and baked from scratch in the resort’s pastry kitchen. Mortared with royal icing and adorned with colorful sugar sands, the Gingerbread Sandcastle Village creates a stunning backdrop for festive photos and cherished holiday memories through December 29.
