There are so many stories making up the mosaic of national/international news that we can’t cover them all every week. The biggest stories now seem to be: Israel and Iran, the Trump presidency (lawfare and judges), immigration (migrants and illegals), wars, weaponization of government (the deep state) against Trump and conservatives, our nation’s debt, massive inflation, climate change controversy and related expenses of government, industry attempting to address these issues, the Chinese threat, national security, abortion, taxpayer cuts, Ukraine peace, and hatred and violence against Christians. Here are just a few:

Mike Waltz Reveals How Trump Killed ‘Global Green Tax’ That Would Have Created ‘U.N. Climate Slush Fund’ At 11th Hour
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz told Breitbart News exclusively of how President Donald Trump and his cabinet rallied at the 11th hour to thwart globalists from creating a “global green tax” that he argued would have created a “U.N. climate slush fund.”
Waltz points to this victory as a major reason why the U.S. should engage in these global institutions like the U.N. and similar organizations because if the U.S. had walked away entirely then the globalists there would have gone forward with their plans. Since the U.S. engaged and fought and won, their plans were thwarted — thanks to Trump.
Waltz described the effort to stop this thing as a whole-of-government approach from the Trump administration, specifically noting that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Energy Secretary Chris Wright had joined him and Secretary of State Marco Rubio as well as Trump himself to fight it.

Pam Bondi: Jack Smith Seized Trump’s Government-Issued Phone, Subpoenaed His Calls — ‘An Unprecedented Action’
Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday said that the Biden-era Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed President Donald Trump’s personal phone records as well as his government-issued phone as part of its investigation into January 6.
Bondi wrote: “During the Arctic Frost Investigation, we found that the Special Counsel seized President Trump’s government-issued phone. This means the Biden Administration turned over President Trump’s phone to Special Counsel — an Unprecedented action. In addition, Special Counsel subpoenaed all of President Trump’s personal phone records. We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization in America.”
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) found that eight senators and one House lawmaker were subpoenaed as part of Arctic Frost. Lawmakers have moved to impeach Judge James Boasberg, who authorized surveillance orders of lawmakers as part of the investigation.
“Arctic Frost is Joe Biden’s Watergate,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said. “Merrick Garland was a fundamentally corrupt attorney general. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor. This was a political enemies list from the beginning — 197 subpoenas for 430 Republican entities and individuals. That is an absolute and egregious abuse of power.”
“I am right now calling on the House to impeach Judge Boasberg,” Cruz added. “Judge Boasberg put his robes down, stood up, and said, ‘Sign me up to be part of the partisan vendetta against 20 percent of the Republicans in the Senate.”

Rep. Brandon Gill Serves Articles of Impeachment Against Judge Boasberg
On Tuesday, Articles of Impeachment against Judge Boasberg were introduced by Texas Representative Brandon Gill (R-26). He said: “I just filed Articles of Impeachment against radical activist Judge James Boasberg.
“Judge Boasberg abused his power by weaponizing the judiciary against critics of the Biden Administration. As part of the Arctic Frost Investigation, Judge Boasberg signed off on frivolous nondisclosure orders to conceal the fact that sitting US Senators were being surveilled.
“Not only was this action egregiously improper; it was a gross violation of the separation of powers. Judge Boasberg is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, is unfit for office, and should be impeached.”
“Chief Judge Boasberg has compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction,” Gill told Fox News Digital.
“Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Trump Administration Revokes 80,000 Non-Immigrant Visas In 2025
The State Department on Wednesday revealed that the current administration has revoked more than 80,000 nonimmigrant visas since President Donald Trump took office in January.
The department said the biggest reason for pulling visas was criminal activity, with 16,000 visas being revoked for driving under the influence, approximately 12,000 revoked for assaults, and 8,000 for theft. Approximately 8,000 student visas were also revoked. The State Department additionally said that it also revokes visas if there’s an indicator that someone overstayed their visa.

California GOP Files Federal Voting Rights Suit To Block Prop 50 Congressional Maps
Hours after California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s Election Rigging Act passed (and while they’re still counting ballots) the California Republican Party and 19 individual plaintiffs filed suit against Newsom and Secretary of State Shirley Weber to invalidate the Proposition 50 maps, claiming that they violate the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution because they were drawn “based on race, specifically to favor Hispanic voters, without cause or evidence to justify it.”
The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and Plaintiffs are seeking a temporary injunction to restrict the state from using the maps as the full case winds its way through the courts. Attorney Mark Meuser of the Dhillon Law Group said at a morning press conference that he anticipates the injunction will be heard in the next few weeks, and that whichever side loses that issue will likely be able to appeal directly to the Supreme Court, but that a decision would need to be made before December 19, the date on which candidates can pull papers.

Democrats’ Islamist-Marxist Alliance Could Destroy US: Rep. Randy Fine
The success of Islamo-Socialist Zohran Mamdani is a bad sign, showing a shifting of the Democrat Party into an all-out anti-American alliance seeking to destroy and conquer the United States, explained Congressman Randy Fine (R-FL) to The New American’s Alex Newman for Conversations That Matter. There can be no unity with such radicals, he said.
Congressman Fine has introduced multiple bills addressing the issue, including the Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act, which would prohibit dual citizens from becoming congressmen, and the No Shari’a Act, to stop the application of Shari’a law where constitutional rights might be violated.
Pivoting to the government shutdown, Fine, serving Florida’s 6th congressional district, said the Democrats are holding out to protect the failure of Obama’s unconstitutional “Affordable Care Act” and provide healthcare for illegal immigrants. Republicans, he concluded, must fight to stop the national debt, or the country will collapse.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Vows To Slap “100% Tariff” On Anyone Moving From NYC
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has declared war on the incoming wave of New York City “refugees” desperate to escape the impending socialist nightmare under newly elected Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
On the eve of NYC’s mayoral election, Abbott took to X to announce he’d impose a staggering 100% tariff on anyone daring to cross state lines from the Big Apple to the Lone Star State after polls closed.
Abbott, in a follow-up post, drew a sharp ideological line between the two states:
- “Texas is now the unrivaled HQ for capitalism in the US.
- We lead the country in finance sector employment & new stock exchanges.
- Capitalism always prevails.
- Capitalism has lifted more people out of poverty than all of the social programs in the world.
- We will secure capitalism for the future of our country and deny the expansion of socialism that is creeping across the US.”

GOP Congressman Proposes Mamdani Act That Would Suspend Federal Funding To New York
Republican Congressman Buddy Carter of Georgia has introduced a bill to cut off federal funding to New York City for as long as Zohran Mamdani serves as mayor. The measure, titled the Moving American Money Distant from Anti-National Interests Act (MAMDANI Act). It adds that “no federal funds may be obligated or expended for any purpose to New York.” The legislation is expected to be introduced on Friday.

Elise Stefanik Torches Kathy Hochul In Fiery Campaign Launch: ‘Worst Governor In America’
This has been quite a year for Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik, who represents New York’s 21st congressional district. She started 2025 as the fourth highest ranking member of the Republican House caucus, serving as the GOP conference chair. Soon after Inauguration Day, President Trump came calling and tapped Stefanik to be his ambassador to the United Nations.
But, then, Stefanik was asked by the president in March to remain in her House seat, and her nomination to be UN ambassador was pulled due to to the fact that the GOP, with its razor-thin majority in the House, couldn’t afford to lose her vote as the Trump agenda began making its way through Capitol Hill.
A gubernatorial run looked more and more likely, especially when Stefanik announced she was penning a book for 2026 – that’s always a dead giveaway that a big political announcement is forthcoming. And, now, Stefanik has officially thrown her hat into the ring to be New York’s next governor, announcing her candidacy with a slick video and blistering attack on Kathy Hochul:
“Kathy Hochul is the Worst Governor in America. Under her failed leadership, New York is the most unaffordable state in the nation with the highest taxes, highest energy, utilities, rent, and grocery bills. When New Yorkers were looking for leadership from our Governor, she bent the knee to the raging Defund the Police, Tax Hiking Communist causing catastrophe for New York families.
“I am running for Governor to make New York affordable and safe for all. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents will unify to save our state. It’s time to: Fire Hochul. Save New York.”
