Ken Timmerman’s Threat Watchwww.kentimmerman.com 10-3-25

Here we are, two years after the October 7 genocidal attacks on Israel. If ever there was an anniversary of infamy, this is it.

The world has changed in many ways over these past two years, especially inside Israel.

Gone are those on the left and even the center who believed it was still possible to negotiate with the Palestinians toward the creation of a Palestinian state.

How can you grant statehood to a people committed to wiping out your country and every single one of its inhabitants, because they are Jews?

Even Europe’s feckless leaders have trained themselves to modulate their simpering prostration before the Palestinian cause with a recognition of Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. That is new.

If you were a cynic, you might say that this is just more of the Europeans talking out of both sides of their mouths. And that, of course, is not new.

Leaders across the Arab and Muslim world welcomed President Trump’s 20-point peace pan, which called not only for the release of all the Israeli hostages but the total disarmament and removal of all Hamas fighters and political operatives from Gaza.

They included the biggest champions of the Palestinian “cause”: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, Turkey, and even Pakistan. Also supporting the deal was the leader of Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim nation.

That doesn’t mean the pressure is off Israel. It wll never be.

The anti-Semites never die, unless Israel kills them.

Just this past week, as Britain and the EU applauded Trump’s peace plan for the Middle East, they murdered Jews celebrating Yom Kippur in a synagogue in Manchester, England.

And when the Israelis intercepted the latest “aid” flotilla heading for Gaza, which included that poor deluded young Swede Greta Thunberg, pro-Palestinian protesters smashed shopfronts and firebombed restaurants in Barcelona, occupied universities in Milan and Bologna, Italy, and slashed tires all across Europe.

Of course, those were just more “peaceful” protests. Oh, and it’s not clear what “aid” the flotilla was bringing to Gazans, since the 40-odd ships heading toward Israel carried no food or medical supplies.

Just for the record, Israel has provided two million tons of food aid to Gaza since October 7, 2023. That is one ton for every man, woman, and child in Gaza, or about 3,000 calories per day.

Much of that aid – some say as much as 80% – has been hijacked by Hamas in order to perpetuate the media narrative of mass starvation in Gaza.

In addition to murdering, kidnapping, and torturing Jews, the Palestinians have always taken their own people hostage whenever they fight Israel. I saw this with my own eyes for the first time in Beirut in 1982, when I was taken hostage by Arafat’s Fatah and was thrown in an underground cell with a congeries of Arabs from the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and even Somalia.

You can read an excerpt from the Beirut section of my book, And the Rest is History: Tales of Hostages, Arms Dealers, Dirty Tricks, and Spies, on Amazon by clicking on “Read a Sample.”

America presidents always feel they have the right to dictate limits to Israel on how it handles its own security. Remember Obama who went postal every time a Jew broke ground on a new house in his eternal capital, Jerusalem, or how Biden sought to “restrain” Israel’s response to the October 7 attacks.

Now even Trump, who has always been staunchly pro-Israel, appears to be no exception. This past week he issued an executive order vowing to defend the Gulf State of Qatar — including with the US military — should it ever come under attack.

It was a clear response to Israel’s failed attempt to take out the Hamas leadership in Doha recently.

The Qataris were so angry over that attack that they got Trump to force Prime Minister Netanyahu to call them from the Oval Office just before announcing the 20 point peace plan, to pledge Israel would never repeat the attack.

I have long felt the Qataris are troublesome allies, at best. For years, they have funded al Jazeera, also known as Jihad TV. They have also funded al Qaeda, given protection to Hamas and the Taliban, and supported the Iranian regime in its at times open war against Saudi Arabia.

Of course, if they can deliver Hamas, none of this will matter.

I discuss this on Prophecy Today Weekend. As always, you can listen live at 1 PM on Saturday on 104.9 FM or 550 AM in the Jacksonville, Florida area, or by using the Jacksonville Way Radio app.

Yours in freedom,

Ken
