| 💧 CLEAN WATER VICTORY: FLORIDA FLUORIDE REMOVALCDF––Florida launched a bold, branded campaign to protect public health “Freedom Over Fluoride”—and it worked! Citizens across Florida cities and counties responded to our call to action, speaking out boldly for public health, informed consent, and local control. One by one, local commissions voted to remove fluoride from public drinking water. As a result of our campaign, Miami-Dade is now the largest U.S. metro to end water fluoridation. Throughout this effort, CDF–Florida partnered with Florida Surgeon General Ladapo, and after months of sustained citizen engagement, fluoridation of public water has now been banned STATEWIDE. You made public health a people-powered victory. Let’s keep going. |
| ⛪️ CHURCH NETWORK: CONTINUED GROWTH 107 new churches have registered for Biblical Citizenship in the states we serve, including 56 Latino churches, this year alone! |
| 🗳️ LEGISLATION: AMPLIFYING THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE CDF-Texas met with lawmakers and testified in support of SB 412 to remove legal justifications to provide pornography to kids and having kids perform sexually. These legal justifications have been in Texas Law for over 52 years. This bill is heading to the Governor’s desk! CDF–Florida met with lawmakers to deliver packets exposing the pornographic content accessible to Florida schoolchildren and spoke in support of HB 1539 during committee hearings. This bill would close the loophole allowing explicit materials to remain in public school libraries. Through our call to action, citizens engaged directly with legislators—urging them to protect our children and uphold educational standards. |
