There are so many stories making up the mosaic of national/international news that we can’t cover them all every week. The biggest stories now seem to be: the Trump transition, immigration (migrants and illegals), wars, weaponization of government (the deep state) against Trump and conservatives, our nation going bankrupt, massive inflation, climate change controversy and related expenses of government, industry attempting to address these issues, the Chinese threat, drones and national security as well as abortion, anti-Christian hate and terrorist attacks. So here are just a few:

CIA Whistleblower Reveals Biden Administration Covered Up Attacks On Officers Injured By Direct Energy Weapons

Emmy-winning investigative journalist Catherine Herridge has released a new bombshell interview with a CIA whistleblower who has claimed the Biden administration has covered up officers’ injuries from direct energy weapons from foreign adversaries. The Emmy-winning investigative journalist further shared, “The intelligence community has attempted to thwart Congressional investigative efforts to uncover the truth at every turn that sounds like a government cover-up.”

The whistleblower stated she decided to speak out now because the “CIA is betraying, and not just betraying, but making friends of mine and my life a living hell. I want them to stop denying what is happening to us, and so there can be opportunities to collect the information that we need so that we can prevent this from happening to more people.”

ICE Shuts Down Programs Offering Services To Illegal Immigrants, Citing ‘Immense’ Costs

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has ended two programs that provide social services to illegal immigrants who are released into the U.S. interior, telling lawmakers that one brings “immense cost with little improvement” and that another is out of line with ICE’s mission. The agency responded to Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., and 15 members of Congress who wrote to ICE in May asking for more information about the “Alternatives to Detention” program, which monitors illegal immigrants not in ICE detention. The agency defended the program and said it was “an efficient and effective” program for monitoring a segment of illegal immigrants on ICE’s non-detained docket.

ICE only has around 40,000 beds available at one time while it has a non-detained docket of nearly 7.7 million people, a number that has soared during the Biden administration. Of those, just over 181,000 are enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention monitoring program, where migrants are monitored either by an app check-in or a GPS monitor.

Biden Declares War On Energy Independence: Bans Oil, Gas, Geothermal Development In Nevada’s Ruby Mountain For 20 Years

President Biden announced Monday that it will bar oil, gas, and geothermal development in northeastern Nevada’s Ruby Mountains for the next 20 years. This sweeping restriction covers an estimated 264,000 acres of federal land and effectively halts new energy exploration in the region.

Under the guise of environmental stewardship, Biden claims the move is in response to requests from Native American tribes, conservationists, and outdoor sports enthusiasts. But critics argue this is another clear example of Biden’s commitment to strangling domestic energy production in favor of appeasing radical environmentalist groups.

This move aligns with a series of decisions by the Biden administration that have been perceived as hostile to the oil and gas industry. From canceling the Keystone XL Pipeline to revoking leases for oil, gas, and mining across the West, the administration’s policies have been criticized for increasing reliance on foreign energy sources and contributing to rising energy costs for American consumers.

Who Is Shamsud Din Jabbar? What We Know About The New Orlans New Years’ Terrorist Suspect

Jabbar—who died at the scene of the attack—was a U.S.-born citizen who lived in Texas, FBI Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge Alethea Duncan said at a Wednesday afternoon press conference. The FBI also revealed that Jabbar was an Army veteran. The recent terrorist attack in New Orleans comes on the heels of the devastating German Christmas market attack in December. WashPost: Secret Service Issues Known For 10 Years

The assassination attempts against President-elect Donald Trump last year reportedly occurred after lawmakers and presidential administrations failed to address weaknesses within the Secret Service during the past decade. Separate 2014 investigations by the White House and Congress found that the Secret Service was in crisis and pushed beyond its capabilities. Leadership also tended to cover up problems rather than address them, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.

The result was recommendations that included an increase in agent training and the hiring of fresh leadership. However, the Post reported that instead of being fixed, some Secret Service problems have grown worse. For example, the agency still lacks a sufficient number of agents. That has led to burnout and low morale, with many veteran agents leaving, the outlet said. Besides that, the outlet reported agency recruits with five years or less on the job comprise 40 percent of the service’s workforce. In 2015, they made up 13 percent.

A White House-commissioned probe in 2014 urged that Secret Service agents who protect the president spend 25% of their work time in training. Since that time, though, those agents have spent between 3 and 7 percent in training, government records show.

Earlier this month, a task force looking into the assassination attempts against Trump recommended changes to the Secret Service, including protecting fewer foreign leaders during the height of the election season and considering moving the agency out of the Department of Homeland Security.

House Releases Report On January 6 Pipe Bomber Revealing FBI Engaged In Massive Coverup And Refuses To Cooperate with Investigators

A new released report by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence. The FBI is now refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigators.

In September, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino, said according to a whistleblower, after the pipe bombs were found at the RNC and DNC headquarters, “assets on the ground, including a whistleblower, was briefed about the pipe bombs the next day and show a picture of a guy in a hoodie.” However, according to the whistleblower, the law enforcement agents were told to stand down two days later.

Officials: Suspect In Vegas Tesla Blast Shot Himself In Head Before Explosion

The decorated special forces soldier who blew up a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas shot himself in the head before the blast, authorities said Thursday, adding that his motivation was still “unknown.” Authorities said the suspect — identified as Matthew Alan Livelsberger — was a member of the elite Green Beret forces who appeared to have committed suicide in a Cybertruck filled with fuel containers and fireworks, which then erupted into flames.

He had a gunshot wound to the head and a gun was found at his feet, officials told reporters at a press conference in Las Vegas. “The motivation at this point is unknown,” FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans said, as investigators probed the incident as a potential act of “terror.”

Video footage outside the Trump International Hotel shows the stainless-steel truck parked at the building’s glass entrance early Wednesday, then bursting into flames, followed by smaller explosions that appeared similar to fireworks. Seven people were wounded in the blast.

Joe Biden on Thursday held a press conference on securing a record 235 radical judicial confirmations. The Sugar Bowl was postponed to Thursday afternoon following the terror attack on Bourbon Street.

At least 15 people were killed, 35 injured after a terrorist identified as 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar plowed through a crowd in New Orleans during the New Year’s Eve celebration.

Schumer Appoints Adam Schiff To Powerful Senate Judiciary Committee

Incoming Senate Minority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has named newly-installed Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) to the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee, which reviews judicial appointments, including to the Supreme Court.

Schiff’s past interest in judicial affairs also includes his role in leading the first impeachment of President Donald Trump in 2019-20 — a period in which he irritated Republican Senators by implying that they would be judged harshly by history for voting to acquit.

Mike Johnson Re-Elected House Speaker As GOP Mutiny Threat Dissolves

Speaker-designate Mike Johnson, R-La was re-elected to lead the House of Representatives on Friday. The Louisiana Republican won along party lines during the first round of voting, a stark contrast to his predecessor’s drawn-out, 15-round battle in 2023. Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., was the only Republican to vote against Johnson in the end, after Reps. Keith Self, R-Texas and Ralph Norman, R-S.C., initially voted for someone else but then switched their support to the Republican leader.

Trump Says If He Is Sentenced On January 10, It ‘Would Be The End Of The Presidency As We Know It’

President-elect Donald Trump has expressed his outrage in a post on Truth Social after New York Judge Juan Merchan set a sentencing date of January 10 in his New York “hush money” case. Trump said that if the judge’s decision is allowed to stand, “it would be the end of the Presidency as we know it.”

If it is not overturned or postponed, the sentencing will occur just ten days before Trump returns to the White House. Trump responded to the date being scheduled by writing, “Every Legal Scholar and Pundit, including the highly respected, and sadly recently passed, David Rivkin, as well as Jonathan Turley, Elie Honig, Andy McCarthy, Alan Dershowitz, Gregg Jarrett, Elizabeth Price Foley, Katie and Andy Cherkasky, Paul Ingrassia, and many others, have unequivocally stated that the Manhattan D.A.’s Witch Hunt is a nonexistent case, which is not only barred by the Statute of Limitations but, on the merits, should never have been brought.

“This illegitimate political attack is nothing but a Rigged Charade. ‘Acting’ Justice Merchan, who is a radical partisan, just issued another order that is knowingly unlawful, goes against our Constitution and, if allowed to stand, would be the end of the Presidency as we know it.”

40 Percent Of Murders In USA Take Place In Soros-Backed Districts

According to a report from the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF), 40 percent of homicides in the US take place in districts with a Soros-funded prosecutor. As Pamela Geller states, Biden should have given him jail time instead of giving George Soros the Medal of Freedom.

“The amount of serious damage Soros has done to America is incalculable. His lifetime of public mischief has been spent wearing the mask of compassion to undo our civilized order by subverting all of our institutions particularly academia and undermining law & order by financing D.A.s whose main interest is in protecting criminals at the expense of justice for their victims. The man is a traitor, but BLM and Antifa love him.”

Geller cites another article this one by Luke Rosiak of the Daily Wire, “George Soros and his son, Alex, have spent at least $117 million since 2016 to reshape America’s justice system. They’ve been successful: three in 10 Americans now live under a Soros prosecutor.”

After Soros-backed prosecutors take office, the family’s apparatus tells them what to do, documents show. “The Media Research Center obtained nearly 8,000 pages of internal documents through public records laws that show how a Soros-funded group called Fair and Just Prosecution (FJP) “directed Soros prosecutors to manipulate the rule of law concerning illegal immigration, drugs, abortion, election integrity, capital punishment and laws against childhood sex changes. MRC’s yearlong investigation suggests that Soros maintained influence over his chosen candidates after their elections were over.”
