You don’t have to look too long or hard to understand that our so- called “Justice System” has become partisan and politicized, and mostly run by political activists, not legal jurists. Most Americans despise injustice and bullying. While there has always been a two-tiered system that seemed to favor the rich and powerful, now it has also been weaponized by the people who are supposed to be fair, law-abiding members of the Judicial and legal system. American citizens of our country depend on our Judicial system to ensure due process, abiding by the laws our Constitution requires, and keeping to the “Justice should be blind to race, social status, or political influence” philosophy. Clearly, this is no longer the case as we are all witnessing on a daily basis, and it is contributing to our societal chaos and destruction.
There seems to be two camps- one that believes Trump is responsible for and caused an “ insurrection”, and those that believe he did not. Those that believe he had every right to question the 2020 election, (which many feel was fraudulent & as the Democrats have done EVERY TIME their party lost), and those that believe him to be a tyrannical, traitorous, dictator that is just a sore loser and demands to be obeyed. Well, if that’s the case, then maybe the Democrats who turned a blind eye and actually seemed to encourage the BLM riots should be charged with unlawful behavior and indicted. The BLM riots did far more damage to our country, its citizens, and our psyche. Kamala Harris, while she was a candidate for President, actually advocated for donations to bail out criminals who looted, burned down businesses, destroyed cities, attacked police, and murdered other citizens. Dozens of people were killed, hundreds seriously injured, cities and businesses were destroyed, and our country’s civility forever damaged. Charges have been dropped, and very few prosecutions have actually happened. A serious contrast to the treatment of January 6 participants. While the BLM idea may have been based on equality and fairness of treatment of blacks, we now know the leaders were corrupt, greedy, Socialists who succeeded in scamming a lot of guilt-ridden, liberal white people, and did very little to actually help poor, black communities.
The majority of the American people are reasonable, fair-minded and hate injustice. The ones who are not blinded by an irrational hatred of all things Trump, know that these illegal, unprecedented indictments and charges are purely political and designed to prevent him from opposing Biden in the upcoming election. To me, this is just another case of finger-wagging, know-it-all, pseudo- intellectual, elitist Radical Democrats telling its citizens “ you aren’t smart enough to know what’s good for you and your country,” we know best and we should be in control of every aspect of you and your family’s lives. It’s condescending, insulting, not to mention, authoritarian and undemocratic, and the American citizens understand what’s really going on and are fed up. Do they really believe this is protecting Democracy as they claim? Have they forgotten our government leaders should be elected by the people, and be of and for the people? To me it reveals their fear and insecurities of knowing the only way they can hold onto power is by force, not by the true support of a majority of America’s citizens. Let our Democratic Republic’s election process play out. Don’t suppress free speech or truthfulness, don’t interfere or cheat, require ID to vote and let the citizens legally choose our leaders. Otherwise, our country will devolve into a Socialist Dictatorship that we have fought against around the world for hundreds of years.
