To We the People – Happy New Year…almost! Hope you have enjoyed this fairly quiet holiday week. Before I get into our two major topics today (inject–shuns and eleck-shuns), I have an announcement:
Our We the People meeting scheduled for Monday, January 15, featuring Nassau County Property Appraiser Mike Hickox will be rescheduled–due to a conflict with another meeting that evening hosted by the US Constitution Scholarship Foundation. Given the number of WTP members who had originally RSVP’d to attend our Mike Hickox event but subsequently canceled to attend the event featuring the professors from Brown and Yale Universities, Mr. Hickox has kindly agreed to reschedule.
I will send out the new date and logistics for our meeting with Mike Hickox ASAP.

According to investigative journalist Kanekoa The Great: Computers are hackable
Kanekoa’s post on X (formerly Twitter) includes two very short videos: one featuring the Secretary of State for Maine, Shenna Bellows, on our “epidemic of disinformation, misinformation and mal-information” (isn’t she the one who decided to remove 45 from the ME primary ballot?); the other featuring Computer Science & Engineering Professor, Alex Halderman.
