Friday, September 15, at 6pm

Join us this Friday, September 15th for the opening of the museum’s newest temporary exhibit: Fernandina in Fiction! This exhibit takes a look at Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island’s appearances in popular books, movies, and other fictional works. Joining us to give a special presentation will be Joe Palmer, local author of the book A Mariner’s Tale, who will speak about Southern fiction and how Amelia Island influenced his work. It is certain to be an exciting evening, so please join us on September 15th!

Attendance is free for members and a suggested donation of $5 for nonmembers. Seating is limited on a first come, first served basis. This program is wheelchair accessible.
