Hello Nassau Citizens Defending Freedom!
We need you to step up to the plate again by making your Public Comments in opposition to the proposed changes to Title IX and STOP the radical gender ideology changes that are being proposed by the Biden Administration.
Why is it happening now?
On April 6, 2023, the Biden Administration lawlessly introduced its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on Title IX which would expand the meaning of sex discrimination and force schools to allow students of the opposite biological sex to play on athletic teams consistent with their espoused gender identity.
What is it?
A public comment is a response authored by members of the public on proposed regulations. These responses must be individualized and provide specific reasons or personal anecdotes that have the intent to influence federal agency rulemaking.
Why is your comment important?
Under federal law, the U.S. Department of Education is mandated to evaluate and react to the comments they receive. Therefore, the more comments that are submitted, the more likely the agency may be to reevaluate or delay the NPRM.
How long is the public comment period?
The last day for public comment is May 15, 2023.
What should I write about?
For maximum effect, consider writing from your own unique perspective as to how the proposed regulation would threaten the role of parental rights, cause lifelong trauma to children, and compromise religious and civil liberties.

-Click the green button on the right “Submit a Formal Comment”
-Be sure to put the Docket ID ED-2022-OCR-0143 at the top of your comment.
