A while ago, in collusion with the Elites of the World Economic Forum, the Biden Administration began an aggressive effort to deprive Americans of appliances that, actually, work and replace them with energy efficient but, manufacturers say, performance reduced models.

After remembering the disastrous results that the government achieved with low-flush toilets, one can foretell, without employing the imagination, what the results of their new dictums will be. (To this day caring individuals hunt scrapyards for old-model toilets.)

Now, practically all appliances are in danger of modification, including washers, dryers, and refrigerators. There is a contentious fight on the political platform against these mandates, but victory is questionable. However, I know a phalanx of women who have sworn to defend their gas stoves and dishwashers with cleavers and carving knives.

This, however, should not be our only concern, for now, the fight for food is on. In their superior wisdom the World Economic Elites have decided that man should live by verdurous growths and cricket flower alone. These unelected destination-shapers push their new vision of man’s sustenance on a world population in which a world cuisine, entailing names like tucker (Australian,) choice morsel, bonne bouche, entrée (French,) Pizza, (Italian) wurst and schnitzel (German,) and a thousand Chinese dishes evolved, a cuisine which has been shaped over millennia.

So, who are these barbarians born without tastebuds and a sense of smell? Never mind. I don’t think they are deficient. No, quite the contrary. Their tastes are very exquisite. They will reserve the best the world has to offer for themselves. For them only wagyu beef and filets mignon to eat, Don Pérignon and Louis Roederer at $1,000 and more a bottle to drink, and rounding out the dinner with white stilton, Rogue River Blue and Bitto Storico cheeses. I have seen this scenario a few times in my life. The Elites dine well in every government.

As their henchmen slyly insert their ideas into the common parlance, cloaked in soporific language so the gullible will cotton to the idea of roasted bugs and grubs, (they are so protein rich, not my words) their battle machine takes on the beefeaters. They know fully well that a red-blooded American will defend his steak, knife in hand. So, to win that battle, the left uses fake laws to inflict financial hurt on the cattle companies, raising prices with endless lawsuits, in order, to put the farmers out of business.

On February 28, 2024, New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit against JBS USA Food Company and JBS Food company Holdings (JBS USA), the American subsidiary of the world’s largest producer of meat products, for misleading the public about its environmental impact. JBS USA claimed that it will net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040, despite documented plans to increase production and therefore increase its carbon footprint.

At this juncture, one must remember that this is the Letitia James that has sued Past President Donald J. Trump in a case without victims, injured, or defrauded parties for misrepresenting his assets. A highly regarded Professor of legal History at New York University, Noah Rosenblum, and others, stated, that there is no precedent for the claims made by the New York Attorney General Letitia James. Rosenblum said, “There is nothing like it previously in American history.”

The way I read the legal tea leaves, there is nothing of substance in the Beef Case either. It seems to me, that Letitia James’ claims are overstated and misleading the public. The JBS USA claim of zero emission by 2040 cannot be proven misleading because we are living in 2024 and God only knows how many tons of greenhouse gasses will be produced by, yet unknown, numbers of cattle added to the herds, or how many tons will be removed. Furthermore, as we are we are dealing with hypothetical constructs, does Letitia know if JBS USA might be building a Dome over the offending herd, collecting the offending gases, and burning them? She does not. She is dealing once more with probabilities determined by her.

By greenhouse gases, we speak about cattle-flatulence containing methane. On that Attorney Letitia James comments, “As families continue to face the daily impacts of the climate crisis, they are willing to spend more of their hard-earned money on products from brands that are better for the environment.” Oh, really! The sophistry is glaring! One can wager heavily that the General Attorney did not receive even one call offering to spend more money for environmentally superior meat. It seems a flatulent wind is blowing straight at the consumer. However, the legal war that she is waging against the cattle industry will, at the very least, raise beef prices, at most destroy the industry.

Another thing Americans prize, their guns, are embroiled in California in the same kind of make them pay effort. Proposed legislation, AB 3067, was filed on February 16 and would require Property Insurers to collect from their insured homeowners and renters, information on whether they have firearms and how they are stored on the property or in vehicles. Furthermore, the insurers would have to provide information whether the weapons are in locked cases. These items of information are then to be reported annually to the California Department of Insurance and the State Legislature. Pertinent data on gun ownership is already known through Dealer Records to the California Department of Justice.

The firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), a gun rights advocacy group characterized AB 3067 as part of an ongoing effort to convince insurance companies to impose additional costs on firearm ownership.

If it seems that I mixed separate topics in this writ, these topics were not purposelessly chosen. They all convey the underlying theme of your control. Yet, stronger even, just follow the money. See how it is extorted from victims in order to compel compliance through lawsuits. It is taxation without representation, through unelected entities and politically motivated lawyers.

The smell of Methane is strong!

Born in Germany in 1941, Sigrid Weidenweber remembers the horrific aftermath of Fascism. At the end of the war, she found herself living under Communism. Both of these totalitarian regimes left indelible marks on her psyche. She developed a healthy distrust of governments usurping too many powers in order to control people supposedly for their own good. MORE
