Biden Bureaucracy Prepares for Trump Win by Fast-Tracking Leftist Rules
The administrative state is preparing for former President Donald Trump to win reelection by implementing a surge of bureaucratic regulations before a deadline that renders them difficult to undue by a potential Trump administration. Biden’s administrative state in recent months appears to be working overtime to cement his agenda into the fabric of America. For example, the administrative state implemented 66 significant rules in April alone, a number that is greater than any month since the Reagan administration, a Regulatory Studies Center analysis found. Biden’s administrative state published 111 more regulations than Trump implemented at the same point in his term, Axios reported. Before Trump left office in 2021, he signed an executive order (EO) to reclassify federal government employees into Schedule F, which would have allowed the president to enhance accountability and job performance within the bureaucratic agencies.

More Than Half of All States are Suing the Biden Admin Over Title IX Changes Favoring Transgender Students
A total of 26 states are currently suing the Biden administration over changes to Title IX favoring transgender students. Under the new Title IX rules from the U.S. Department of Education, schools cannot discriminate “based on sex stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics.” The changes, which go into effect on August 1 — just in time for the new school year, require institutions “to take prompt and effective action when notified of conduct that reasonably may constitute sex discrimination in their education programs or activities.” Those who do not comply will lose federal funding. The lawsuits have been filed by Republican Attorneys General from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Biden, After Revoking Trump’s Order Against ICC, Claims Outrage at ICC Warrants Against Israel
President Joe Biden claimed Monday to be outraged at the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrants against Israeli officials for the war in Gaza — after Biden revoked President Donald Trump’s executive order against the ICC. However, in April 2021, Biden effectively gave license to the ICC to pursue Israeli — and American — soldiers and leaders over alleged “war crimes” in the fight against radical Islamic terrorists. Biden revoked a June 2020 executive order by Trump that slapped sanctions on the ICC for attempting to investigate American and allied soldiers who were not party to the ICC.

Parent Claims Oregon Athletics Association Threatens to Ban Girls Who Speak Out Against Trans Athletes
The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) will reportedly ban girls from speaking out against transgenders in their sports. News of the alleged ban broke in the wake of transgender athlete Aayden Gallagher, a boy living as a girl, winning an Oregon high school track event this past weekend.
“Yes, a lot of parents are afraid to speak out because there is [an announcement] from OSAA that if you discriminate or you put anyone down for their gender or if you talk negative, it can disqualify the children from events, but it can also pick out parents from all OSAA events,” the mother responded.

West Virginia Trans Athlete Defeated Girls in Track Events over 700 Times, Court Doc Claims
A court document that is a part of the lawsuit against the Biden Administration for its expansion of Title IX claims that a transgender middle school athlete in West Virginia knocked female athletes out of competition over 700 times. The documents’ claims represent a vital component of the suit, which seeks to prove that the changes to Title IX put in place by Education Secretary Miguel Cardona do, in fact, impact girls’ and women’s sports. In April, Cardona expanded Title IX to say that sex discrimination includes discrimination based on gender identity as well as sexual orientation. However, the administration has steadfastly maintained that the rule changes will not impact women’s sports.
