The biggest stories now seem to be: election, Trump trials, immigration, wars, massive orchestrated ‘Palestine’ protests/riots, weaponization of government, lawfare, our nation going bankrupt, massive inflation, phony climate change controversy and related expenses of government/industry attempting to address these issues, and the Chinese threat. So here are just a few:

“A Private Citizen Cannot Criminally Prosecute Anyone, Let Alone a Former President” – Clarence Thomas Questions Jack Smith’s Authority in Blistering Opinion on Immunity Ruling
Conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas questioned Jack Smith’s authority as special counsel in his concurring opinion on the high court’s presidential immunity ruling. The Supreme Court on Monday ruled 6-3 that Trump has absolute immunity for his core Constitutional powers. Former presidents are entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts.
Jack Smith’s DC case against Trump will be delayed again as it bounces back down to the lower court to Judge Tanya Chutkan. Earlier this year the US Supreme Court agreed to hear Trump’s presidential immunity claim in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s January 6 case in Washington, DC.

Death of the Middle Class: In Joe Biden’s America, New Survey Reveals People Feel They Need to Earn Over $186,000 Annually Just to Feel Secure
A new survey from Bankrate reveals the sad truth about how Americans feel drowning in Joe Biden’s economy. According to the survey, Americans feel they need to earn at least $186,000 per year to feel secure in an economy hammered by high interest rates, low homeownership, rising rent and home costs, and rising consumer costs like food and gas.
Unfortunately, for the vast majority of the population, only 6 percent of U.S. adults actually reach that threshold. Federal data shows the median family income is between $51,500 and $86,000, less than half of what those polled said is needed to feel secure.

Trump: Court Gave Special Counsel ‘High Level Spanking’
Former President Donald Trump said the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling delivered a “high level spanking” to special prosecutor Jack Smith. Smith’s investigation led to President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice charging Trump with trying to overturn the 2020 election results.
“A really bad day for Deranged Jack Smith, the wacko prosecutor used for Crooked Joe Biden’s attack on his Political Opponent,” Trump posted on Truth Social in Tuesday’s early hours.
“Today, as in the past, the Supreme Court gave the Deranged One a high-level SPANKING! His ‘real’ bosses, [former Assistant U.S. Attorney] Andrew Weissmann and [deputy Attorney General] Lisa Monaco, not to mention [Attorney General] Merrick Garland, whose once great reputation has been shattered by these Thugs, and his constant defense of Crooked Joe, must be furious at him.”
The former president then added, “Garland ought to call an end to this never-ending HOAX, and let people focus on bringing back Greatness to America!” Soon after the high court announced its ruling in the presidential immunity case, Trump took to Truth Social to call the decision a “BIG WIN FOR OUR CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY. PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!” He later said the court’s opinion should end all of the legal cases he’s facing.
“Today’s Historic Decision by the Supreme Court should end all of Crooked Joe Biden’s Witch Hunts against me, including the New York Hoaxes – The Manhattan SCAM cooked up by [George] Soros backed D.A., Alvin Bragg, Racist New York Attorney General Tish James’ shameless ATTACK on the amazing business that I have built, and the FAKE Bergdorf’s ‘case’” Trump posted.

Rep. Wesley Hunt Recounts Trump’s Legendary Power Move: Threatens Taliban Leader with Satellite Image of His Home During Negotiations, Then Walks Away
In a recent interview on Sage Steele’s podcast, U.S. Congressmen Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Wesley Hunt (R-TX) shared their perspectives on past political events.
The highlight of the conversation was Rep. Wesley Hunt’s recounting of a memorable power move by then-President Donald Trump during a negotiation with the Taliban leaders, which defined his administration’s foreign policy prowess. According to Hunt, the incident occurred during discussions about a potential American withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Trump, alongside Mike Pompeo, wanted a conditions-based withdrawal – a strategy that would see American troops gradually pulled back as long as the Taliban adhered to specific rules.
“President Trump wanted to get out of Afghanistan, but he wanted a conditions-based withdrawal, meaning that you do what we tell you to do, and then we will start pulling troops back slowly as long as you abide by our rules,” Rep. Hunt said.
“It’s President Trump and Mike Pompeo, and they are talking to Taliban leadership in the room, and they had one translator in the room.” During these negotiations, President Trump reportedly looked directly at the Taliban leader and warned him, “If you harm a hair on a single American, I’m gonna kill you.”
He then reached into his pocket, pulled out a satellite image of the Taliban leader’s home, handed it to him, and left the room without another word. “Sure enough, for 18 months, not a single American was killed in Afghanistan,” Hunt said. “That is the definition of strength; that’s what I’m talking about.”
“And so, you could imagine that kind of sentiment around the world; if we have an embassy in another country, no one’s going to touch it because they’re going to be fearful that they’re going to get a MOAB on their head. That’s how President Trump rolls,” he added. This incident, Hunt argued, showcased true strength and deterrence—a stark contrast to the current state under Joe Biden.
“[Biden] is the opposite of strength; [Biden] is the definition of weakness, and so now we’re being feasted upon by other countries when our embassies are there because the Americans aren’t going to do anything about it, and they don’t want us there anyway,” Rep. Hunt argued. When the leader of the free world is weak, the flames of chaos spread across the globe.

Joe Biden Threatens to Send Out Attorneys General to Go After Grocers in Plan to Combat His Food Inflation Crisis
Grocery prices are soaring thanks to Joe Biden’s tax-and-spend policies. The US economy is in bad shape because of Joe Biden’s war on domestic oil and the ‘Green New Deal’ disguised as the ‘Inflation Reduction Act.’
Inflation is still high, grocery prices are up more than 19 percent, gas prices are still high and more than15 million illegal aliens have poured over the border since Biden was installed in January 2021.
Most Americans are struggling to put food on the table thanks to Joe Biden. This year’s Fourth of July cookout costs hit a record – up 30 percent from 5 years ago when Trump was in office.
“With plenty of options to feed a hungry crowd, a group of 10 this year can expect to pay $71.22 for their celebration, up 5 percent from last year and up 30 percent from five years ago. Nationally, this means we are surpassing $7 per person for the first time, with the total meal coming to $7.12 a person. Only two dishes decreased in price while everything else on your table rose, on average. Your grocery bill may be a shock, but it is in line with the inflation that has roiled the economy – including the farm economy – over the last several years,” according to this year’s American Far Bureau Fourth of July market basket survey.
Joe Biden is now threatening to jail grocers to combat his inflation crisis. “Grocery costs are too high for families across the country,” Biden said on X. “We have a plan to tackle them.”
Biden’s plan includes deploying state attorneys general to go after grocers for “price gouging.” Grocery prices are not soaring because of price gouging. Biden also called on grocery chains to lower costs.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden also announced his Regime will provide low-income families of four $2,000 more for groceries by “improving SNAP and launching summer EBT” – the government spending BILLIONS of dollars a year on SNAP contributes to higher inflation.

Border Patrol Apprehended 3.2 Million Illegals In Fiscal Year 2023 – 10 Million Illegal Border Crossers Since Biden Installed
US Border Patrol apprehended 3.2 million illegal aliens in fiscal year 2023 (Oct 1-Sept 30). Since Joe Biden was installed in January 2021, the number is estimated at 10 million illegal border crossers. That number equals about the population of 41 individual states. Let that one sink in.
More than 10 million people have been reported illegally entering the United States since President Joe Biden took office in January 2021, the greatest number in history and of any administration. They total more than the individual populations of 41 states.
The number of people illegally entering the country surged after Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas halted many preexisting border security policies, advanced sweeping parole and other policies to release the greatest number of illegal foreign nationals into the country, encouraged people from all over the world to use a phone app to enter the U.S., and facilitated U.S. entry application processes in foreign countries, among others.
Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection data includes 3,201,144 apprehensions in fiscal 2023; 2,766,582 in fiscal 2022; 1,956,519 in fiscal 2021; and 471,954 in the nine months Biden was in office in fiscal 2020. CBP’s fiscal year is from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30. Combined, official apprehensions total 8,396,199.
Just reading these statistics is overwhelming enough. This is the reality that we as Americans are living in. The U.S. is under invasion on a daily basis while the mainstream media just ignores it.
In fiscal year 2023, 900,000 illegal aliens were released into the U.S. by the Border Patrol. In September, the numbers were over 155,000 illegals. We can’t blame the Border Patrol because the corrupt and wicked Biden regime is forcing their hand. This shows just how much the Biden Regime hates America.

Rasmussen Poll: 80 Percent Are Proud to Be American
Despite living at a time in which there’s great focus on political and religious differences within the country, 80 percent of Americans say they’re proud of their nation and its history, a Rasmussen Reports survey found. Rasmussen simply asked 1,240 American adults two questions: 1) Are you proud to be an American? 2) Generally speaking, should Americans be proud or ashamed of the history of the United States?
Only 10 percent of respondents say they are not proud to be an American, while another 10 percent are not sure, according to the survey results. In November 2019, 84 percent said they were proud to be an American. Regarding the second question, 67 percent say Americans should be proud of the history of the U.S. That’s up from 60 percent in May 2021. Another 16 percent say Americans should be ashamed of this country’s history, and 17 percent are undecided.
A larger share of Republicans (91 percent, 87 percent) than Democrats (75 percent, 53 percent) say they are proud to be American and are proud of the country’s history. A total of 93 percent of those age 65 and older say they’re proud to be an American. Men (74 percent) more than women (60 percent) say Americans should be proud of their country’s history. In a racial breakdown, 80 percent of whites, 76 percent of Blacks, 86 percent of Hispanics and 79 percent of other minorities are proud to be an American.

Joe Biden Says He Was the ‘First Black Woman to Serve with a Black President’
President Joe Biden referred to himself as the “first black woman to serve with a black president” and the first president that got “elected statewide in Delaware when I was a kid” in his latest baffling interview.
Listeners of Pennsylvania radio show WURD were confused to hear Biden stumble through a list of his purported accomplishments in the black community, as he appeared to trip over his words when talking about serving as former President Barack Obama’s vice president and choosing Vice President Kamala Harris as his own.
“By the way, I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman, to serve with a black president,” he told host Andrea Lawful-Sanders. “I’m proud of the first black woman in the Supreme Court,” he added, referring to Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson.

Schools Bracing for ‘Enrollment Cliff’ Amid Declining U.S. Birth Rate
Schools are reportedly bracing for an “enrollment cliff” that will involve high schools and colleges closing down, staff getting laid off, and school districts grappling with financial issues. The declining U.S. birth rate is partly to blame.
The U.S. is anticipating hitting its “peak high school graduate” in 2025 or 2026, with around 3.9 million young people graduating. After that, the number of students will decline, with school expecting to experience a decade-long dry spell they’re referring to as an “enrollment cliff,” according to a report by Axios.
Notably, a birthrate drop after the 2008 recession is partly to blame. Meanwhile, K-12 schools — most of which are located in cities that lost a portion of their population amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic — are also closing down.
Thomas Dee, an economist and professor at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education, told Axios, “There has not been a rebound in public school enrollment” since the pandemic, implying that parents simply stuck with the homeschooling after in-person classes resumed.
U.S. high schools are expected to have only 3.5 million graduates by 2037 — a 10.7 percent decrease — according to data from the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), an organization that examines student demographics and addresses education issues.
Meanwhile, pro-terrorist demonstrations are raging on college campuses, as blundering Ivy League presidents get ousted, while the public watches in shock and collectively questions the value of expensive college degrees — that the Biden administration wants taxpayers to pay for. According to Gallup polling Americans’ confidence in higher education dropped to 36 percent in last year, a drastic decline when compared to 2015 (57 percent) and 2018 (48 percent).

Biden’s Hand Tremor During Campaign Stop Sparks Alarm Amid Reports Parkinson’s Disease Specialist Visited White House
Biden’s hand was shaking as he delivered brief remarks at the campaign office (in Philadelphia).
“Even when I was running for Senate, each time I ran, quite frankly, not a joke, Philadelphia, in particular, got me across the line. No, I’m not joking. No, I mean it, seriously!” Biden said. Joe Biden was a senator from Delaware. He’s completely shot. Biden’s hand tremor was noticeable!
As previously reported, a top neurologist specializing in Parkinson’s disease met with President Biden’s personal physician at the White House earlier this year. Visitor logs reviewed by The New York Post revealed that Dr. Kevin Cannard, a renowned Parkinson’s expert at Walter Reed Medical Center, and Dr. John E. Atwood, a cardiologist from Walter Reed, had a meeting with Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s personal doctor, and another doctor at the White House residence clinic on January 17.
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a brain disorder that causes progressive issues with movement, mental health, sleep, and pain. It’s characterized by unintended or uncontrollable movements, such as shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with balance and coordination. Symptoms usually start slowly and worsen over time.
So, the question is, does Joe Biden have an undiagnosed cognitive impairment, or has he been diagnosed with something like Parkinson’s disease and the White House is covering it up?
