There are so many stories making up the mosaic of national/international news that we can’t cover them all every week. The biggest stories now seem to be: election, Trump lawfare, immigration, wars, massive orchestrated ‘Palestine’ protests/riots, weaponization of government, our nation going bankrupt, massive inflation, phony climate change controversy and related expenses of government/industry attempting to address these issues, and the Chinese threat. So here are just a few:

Biden And Harris Summarize Taxpayer-Funded Clandestine Flights: 326,000 Sent To Florida
According to a June report by Gateway Pundit, new data U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), more than one million illegal immigrants have been able to enter the United States through what the regime defines as “legal” means. The Biden-Kamala administration has used the CBP One app and the Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) program to allow illegals into the United States. These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals who have entered the United States under Joe Biden’s watch.
According to statistics, more than 636,000 illegal immigrants used the CBP One app to enter the US at ports of entry. More than 462,000 illegal immigrants were brought directly to the United States under the CHNV parole program. These are just more tactics the Biden administration uses to attract future Democratic voters to the United States, paid for by your tax dollars.
This week, the Biden-Harris administration announced it would restart the taxpayer-funded policy after a brief pause. According to Rebecca Santana, the Department of Homeland Security had suspended the program earlier this month to investigate concerns, but said an internal review found no widespread fraud among sponsors.
The program was launched in January 2023 and is a key piece of the Biden administration’s immigration policies that create or expand avenues for legal entry while restricting asylum for those who cross the border illegally.
There are no policies restricting asylum to illegal immigrants entering the United States. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris welcome them with open arms. There are no deportations. This is an intentional program by the Democrats to flood red states with illegal immigrants, paid for the American taxpayers.
Joe Biden sent most of the illegal immigrants (almost 90 percent) on his secret immigration flight program to Florida to punish Republican states with overwhelming numbers of new illegal immigrants.

Pelosi Proposes Free Citizenship And Housing For Illegal Immigrants With California Public Funds
Nancy Pelosi is promoting a radical new policy aimed at granting citizenship and free housing to illegal immigrants, all at the expense of hard-working taxpayers. During a recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, Pelosi revealed her support for a new California law that would extend government assistance to illegal immigrants, allowing them to buy homes.
On Tuesday, Democratic senators in California voted overwhelmingly to approve a bill that would give illegal immigrants interest-free home loans of $150,000. Illegal immigrants will receive zero down payment and interest-free home loans under this new bill. California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom has not said whether he will sign the bill.
Democratic Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) recently introduced House Bill 1840 to extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal immigrants. If the bill becomes law, illegal immigrants will be eligible for a new program that offers a loan equal to 20 percent of the purchase price of the residential property. There are no monthly payments and no interest accrues on the loan. Instead, the loan is repaid when the borrower refinances or sells the property. The borrower will have to pay back the original loan plus a 20% increase in the value of the property.
Pelosi defended the initiative, presenting it as a necessary step to make the “American dream” accessible to all. Pelosi’s comments come at a time when millions of hard-working Americans are struggling to make ends meet. With housing prices on the rise and a homelessness crisis underway, many citizens are rightly outraged that their tax dollars could be used to subsidize housing for those who entered the country illegally.

Biden, From Beach Vacation: I ‘Worked Tirelessly’ To Bring Hostages Home
President Joe Biden issued a statement Saturday evening that he had “worked tirelessly” to secure the release of Hersh Goldberg-Polin and other murdered hostages, and claimed he would “keep working around the clock for a deal.”
Biden has been on vacation for two weeks — first in Santa Barbara, California, and second in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is not clear how he would have been “working tirelessly” or “around the clock” while on vacation.
President Biden’s official statement follows: “Earlier today, in a tunnel under the city of Rafah, Israeli forces recovered six bodies of hostages held by Hamas. We have now confirmed that one of the hostages killed by these vicious Hamas terrorists was an American citizen, Hersh Goldberg-Polin. I am devastated and outraged. Hersh was among the innocents brutally attacked while attending a music festival for peace in Israel on October 7. He lost his arm helping friends and strangers during Hamas’ savage massacre. He had just turned 23. He planned to travel the world.”

Speaker Mike Johnson Weighs Adding SAVE Act To Spending Bill After Trump’s Request
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson is reportedly considering the inclusion of the SAVE Act in the upcoming spending bill. This decision comes at the behest of former President Donald Trump, who has made it clear that election integrity is a non-negotiable priority. The SAVE Act, which mandates proof of citizenship for voter registration in federal elections, has become a rallying cry for many Americans who believe it is crucial to safeguarding the sanctity of the ballot box.
President Trump has been unyielding in his support for the SAVE Act, going as far as to suggest that the government should shut down if the bill is not included in the Continuing Resolution (CR). Speaking on Monica Crowley’s podcast, Trump emphasized the importance of the SAVE Act, along with other measures like reverting to paper ballots and bolstering border security, as essential steps to protect the nation’s future.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, Who Previously Called Venezuelan Armed Gangs In Aurora “Imaginary,” Now Says He Takes The Threat “Seriously”
Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, who initially dismissed Aurora residents’ concerns about the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua taking over local apartment complexes as “imaginary,” has now backtracked, saying he takes the situation “very seriously.” Aurora has been dealing with the presence of the notorious Venezuelan gang, which has reportedly taken control of several apartment complexes in the city.
Despite overwhelming evidence, including video footage, police reports and testimony from residents, Governor Polis’ administration initially downplayed the severity of the situation. Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky has been at the forefront of exposing the gang’s activities, repeatedly warning of increasing violence and criminal behavior. Jurinsky’s warnings were met with a dismissive response from Polis’ press office, with spokesperson Shelby Wieman saying the alleged gang invasion was “largely a figment of Danielle Jurinsky’s imagination.”
Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman has been outspoken about his views on the crisis, saying several buildings have fallen into the hands of these Venezuelan gangs, which he says are linked to taxpayer-funded housing for immigrants. Coffman stressed that these gangs have used intimidation tactics to oust property managers and collect rent, a troubling trend that Polis appears unwilling to confront.

Befuddled Joe Biden Gets Yanked From Room By One Of His Handlers As He Is Peppered With Tough Questions From Reporters
Joe Biden delivered remarks Tuesday at the White House in Washington, D.C., highlighting his so-called “Investing in America” agenda. This was the kickoff event to a series focusing on gaslighting the public on the money the regime has flushed down the toilet in attempting to create manufacturing jobs. The remarks came just one day after Biden took part in a Labor Day campaign event with Kamala Harris before he was booted off the stage by the Democratic Presidential nominee.
Biden spoke to several people during the “Investing in America” event. Among the items Biden highlighted were four laws passed by Congress: the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS For America, and the Inflation Reduction Act. These pieces of legislation helped create the inflation crisis that is crippling American families.
After concluding his remarks, TV footage captured Biden being peppered with several challenging questions from reporters. Many of the questions were about Israeli-American hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin and five other Jewish hostages were found dead in a tunnel under Rafah, Gaza on Saturday after being murdered by Hamas and Biden’s response which blamed Israel. Biden is then seen flashing a grin and placing a paper in his binder. Unsure of what to do next, Biden looks to his right for help. A middle-aged man finally arrives to ‘save the day.’ The man then eventually leads the befuddled Biden out of the room.

Inflation Leaves The Middle Class Too Poor To Shop At Dollar Stores
Dollar Tree’s latest earnings report offers a grim reflection on the state of the American economy. What we are witnessing is not just a minor fluctuation in retail performance, but a broader indictment of an economy that, under the stewardship of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, has manifestly lost its way.
For those unacquainted with Dollar Tree’s dual audience, its Family Dollar stores cater to lower-income householdsseeking everyday necessities, while its namesake brand draws in middle and upper-income shoppers for affordable party supplies and seasonal goods. What makes this earnings report notable is the revelation that even households earning over $125,000 per year—once thought immune to such cutbacks—are now tightening their beltsand shifting from “buying for want” to “buying for need.”
This is not a blip, nor should it be dismissed as a mere casualty of transient economic forces. Rather, it is the logical outcome of economic policies that have imposed inflationary burdens on all classes of Americans. The Biden-Harris administration, with its reckless fiscal expansions and ideological hubris, has forced consumers into a corner. It was inevitable that even the affluent would feel the blow; and now, with Dollar Tree’s stock plunging nearly 25 percent, the axe has finally bitten into the grain.
The malaise is hardly confined to this one retailer. Dollar General, Dollar Tree’s main competitor, saw a similar fate recently, with its shares shedding one-third of their value. The discount chains—once considered havens during economic downturns—are now emblematic of something more troubling: the weakening of consumer confidenceacross the board. The administration has promised economic recovery, but these results suggest a fundamental fracture at the heart of their policies.
“Inflation has continued to negatively impact these households, with more than 60 percent claiming they have had to sacrifice on purchasing basic necessities due to the higher cost of those items,” Dollar General CEO Todd Vasos said on an analyst call.
The health of the consumer is particularly important at this moment because household spending has been one of the few sources of growth in the economy. In the second quarter, it contributed around two percentage points of the three percent growth rate. The manufacturing sector has contracted in 21 out of the last 22 months, according to the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). As we were reminded in yesterday’s weaker than expected construction spending figures, the housing market is teetering on a recession despite sky-high prices. The labor market is weakening, as the larger-than-expected decline in job openings showed on Wednesday.
The Biden-Harris administration may continue to trumpet its economic successes, but the facts on the ground tell a different story. The American consumer is voting with their dollars, or rather with their lack thereof. And no amount of political posturing can obscure the reality that inflation has badly eroded the purchasing power of families across the country. The administration’s policies, driven by a combination of ill-considered fiscal expansion and an unending regulatory attack on business, have produced an environment in which even dollar stores struggle to maintain growth.
To watch Dollar Tree’s stock plunge is to watch, in real time, the unraveling of the economic mythology which Biden and Harris have been preaching for the past four years. The consumer economy, long thought to be resilient, is fraying under the weight of inflation and uncertainty. The middle class, once the engine of American prosperity, is now forced to cut back on even the simplest of purchases.
In the latest survey by YouGov for the Economist, taken between September 1 and 3, just 21 percent of the public said they think the economy is getting better, and just 14 percent said they are better off today than a year ago. Forty-eight percent said the economy is worsening and 43 percent said they are personally worse off. This is not the robust recovery that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden tout on the campaign trail—it is the slow but steady erosion of confidence in their leadership.

Too Much Even For Gavin? CA Gov. Newsom Kills Bill Giving Up To $150K To Illegal Aliens To Buy Homes
It appears a bill coming out of the California legislature giving cash to illegal immigrants for down payments on houses was too extreme for even Gov. Gavin Newsom. On Friday, the man known to some as “Gov. Hair Gel” vetoed Assembly Bill 1840, the “California Dream for All” loan program, which would have allowed “undocumented” immigrants to apply for loans of up to 20 percent of a home’s value or up to $150,000 for help with the down payment.
The question is, is the governor making a move toward the center after his shadow presidential campaign failed and Team Kamala outmaneuvered him? Is he making plans to run in ’28 should Harris lose in November? Whatever his reasoning, Newsom refused to sign the measure. One reason he didn’t sign it is that, as governor, he took a budget surplus and turned it into a massive deficit with his profligate spending. There’s simply no money for this proposal.
The bill received national attention from the likes of Elon Musk and Donald Trump and some in the media because—even by California standards—it was a lunatic proposal. It was a rare victory for Republicans in the Golden State:
GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump savaged the plan Thursday, saying during a policy speech to the Economic Club of New York in Manhattan that he would outright ban mortgages for illegal aliens.

Trump Reveals Exactly How He’ll Fix Biden-Harris Econ Disaster: Will ‘Rapidly’ Defeat Bidenflation
President Donald Trump laid out five steps Thursday that he would take to “rapidly defeat” the high level of inflation seen during the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration. Trump noted there was “virtually no inflation” during his four years in office. When he left in January 2021 inflation was at an annual rate of 1.4 percent. Prices are up an average of 20 percent since Biden took over and that does not include the increased borrowing costs Americans are experiencing when it comes to their homes, cars and credit card payments.
“First, I will end Kamala Harris’s anti-energy crusade and implement a policy of energy abundance, energy independence, and even energy dominance. We have more liquid gold under our feet than any other country, including Russia and Saudi Arabia,” the former president said.
The second way Trump would bring down inflation is to terminate the Green New Deal initiatives enacted under Biden via the Inflation Reduction Act, which are running three times over cost estimates.
“Third, I will launch a historic campaign to liberate our economy from crippling regulation,” Trump said. “My first term, I pledged to cut two old regulations for every one new regulation, and we did much better than that, as I’ve said. Yet over the past four years, Kamala has added $6,300 a year in regulatory costs onto the backs of the typical American family.”
Fourth, Trump will establish a Government Efficiency Commission, which billionaire Elon Musk has agreed to chair. It will be “tasked with conducting a complete financial and performance audit of the entire federal government and making recommendations for drastic reforms. We need to do it. Can’t go on the way we are now.”
The fifth way Trump would tackle inflation is by making the provisions in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act permanent, and adding some new reforms to incentivize the domestic manufacturing of goods. The greater the supply of goods, the lower the cost. “To further support the revival of American manufacturing, my plan calls for expanded R&D tax credits, 100 percent bonus depreciation, expensing for new manufacturing investments, and a reduction in the corporate tax rate from 21 percent to 15 percent, solely for companies that make their product in America,” he said.
