It should have been obvious. The greatest presidential candidate running against the worst ever. A mismatch of biblical proportions, almost like David fighting Goliath without his sling.
Yet the corrupt national media portrayed it as a close race for U.S. president. Turned out it was as close as Secretariat racing against a horse headed for the glue factory.
Donald Trump (a.k.a. the greatest ever) trounced Kamachameleon Harris (a.k.a. the worst ever) in Tuesday’s election – which will retake reshape America from the government’s grimy clutches. And that’s no overstatement.
“This will be remembered as the day the people regained control of the country,” Trump said in his acceptance speech, alluding to the gross overreach and weaponization of the federal government.
The delusional mainstream media was left behind in its own wreckage. It has less credibility than the editor of the Fernandina Beach News-Leader, to put it in a local perspective. The entire media must be dismantled and completely rebuilt from its biased state.
Trump’s policies trumped anything Harris could decide on – and then explain it without a word salad. The chameleon served up more word salads than the lunch bar at Golden Corral.
She proved to be unqualified, unethical and unimpressive (and never received a single vote to get there). To add insult, she picked a running mate who legislated putting tampons in public school bathrooms, including for boys. Hence, the nickname Tampon Tim.
Harris ran away from the policies of her own administration — they are that bad. In a metamorphosis before our eyes, she suddenly supported the border wall, fracking and common sense. She endorsed none of this prior to being anointed as the Democrat candidate.
Even lame Democrats like Sherrod Brown and Bob Casey tried to align themselves with Trump. He is behind the most powerful political movement of all time, known as MAGA. But weary voters weren’t buying the deception.
So now that Trump has prevailed in an electoral landslide, he turns his attention to the giant tasks awaiting his golden touch. The first should be re-closing the border and starting a massive deportation of illegal aliens.
Then he can lift the onerous regulations on businesses through executive order. Unchoking the energy sector is next, which will drive down oil prices and those at the grocery store as well.
After that, Trump should target the media and its corrosive influence. Revamping Section 230 is a fruitful start for corralling social media outlets. Next is to challenge the landmark New York Times Co. v. Sullivan verdict, which permits media companies to disparage public officials without fear of recourse.
Trump can then turn his attention to a conflagration of wars abroad, most notably the money pit known as Ukraine. That’s all on day one for the tireless warrior.
Regardless of where you sit on the political spectrum, Trump’s victory is for both democracy and freedom. The previous administration ruined everything it touched – and then blamed Trump for it.
Even though Trump watched helplessly as supporters like Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon were jailed over ignoring fraudulent subpoenas, he wants to pursue unity. Even so, he should appoint former Florida attorney general and legal bulldog Pam Bondi as the head of a special counsel to investigate the Biden Crime Family.
For no other reason than the Bidens never paid taxes on millions siphoned from foreign adversaries. The media insists Joe Biden never received any of these illicit proceeds, but his family did. And hid the payments in an elaborate scheme.
“Success will bring us together,” Trump vowed, despite what he and his supporters have endured. “I saw that in the first term. We’re going to keep our promises.”
“Many people told me God spared my life for a reason,” Trump recalled from his assassination attempts. “And that reason was to save our country.”
Our savior has risen.
