My name is Roody Joinville, and I’m running for Nassau County School Board, District 2.
As the former principal of Yulee High School and the only candidate with a child in our public schools, I’m running for School Board because I believe that effective policies can transform our schools. I want to ensure that our curriculum is top-notch, our student discipline is fair and constructive, and our staff hiring practices attract the best educators.
As your School Board representative, I will provide the oversight and accountability needed to make sure our schools serve our students well, and operate with integrity. I will ensure that the School Board is transparent and accountable to the community it serves.
My platform is straightforward but powerful: school safety, teacher retention, fiscal responsibility, and innovative academic programs. These are the pillars that will support a brighter future for our children.
