Restaurant Report Card: Health Inspections of Local Restaurants

In the past 30 days, Nassau County, Florida, has conducted numerous restaurant inspections to ensure public health and safety. These inspections, carried out by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, provide a snapshot of conditions at the time of the inspection. It’s important to note that an establishment may have fewer or more violations than noted in their most recent inspection, and a single inspection may not represent the establishment’s overall, long-term conditions.

Restaurants with Zero Violations:

Two establishments achieved perfect scores during their inspections:

• Amelia National Clubhouse Grill 

(95211 Clubhouse Rd) – Inspected on December 10, 2024.

• J.P. Perret Cook Company (36065 Kellys Lane) – Inspected on December 9, 2024.

Fourteen establishments did not pass their first inspection and were subject to follow-up evaluations:

• Garden Street Bistro (105 S 3 St) – Inspected on December 30, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• Island Falls Adventure Golf (1550 Sadler Rd) – Inspected on December 30, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• Cucina South (4828 First Coast Hwy) 

– Inspected on December 27, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• Ahan Thai Kitchen (474260 E State Rd 200) – Inspected on December 19, 2024; emergency order recommended.

• Groovy Grillers (542834 US Hwy 1) – Inspected on December 16, 2024; warning issued.

• Comfort Inn (76043 Sidney Place) – Inspected on December 13, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• First Love Brewing (22 S 8 St #5) – Inspected on December 13, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• The Principal’s Office (914 Atlantic Ave) – Inspected on December 13, 2024; warning issued.

• 3 Kings Cafe & Catering (600 N 8 St) – Inspected on December 10, 2024; warning issued.

• David’s (802 Ash St) – Inspected on December 10, 2024; warning issued.

• Amelia National Clubhouse (95211 Clubhouse Rd) – Inspected on December 10, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

• The Golf Club at North Hampton (22680 N Hampton Club Way) – Inspected on December 9, 2024; administrative complaint recommended.

The following establishments recorded the highest number of violations during this period:

• The Golf Club at North Hampton – 26 violations on December 9, 2024.

• Larry’s Giant Subs of Fernandina – 20 violations on December 19, 2024.

• Cucina South – 19 violations on December 27, 2024.

• Amelia National Clubhouse – 17 violations on December 10, 2024.

• 3 Kings Cafe & Catering – 16 violations on December 10, 2024.
