CALIRED NEWS–Right Side Broadcasting News reported on President Donald Trump speaking out on Thursday, March 20 against “unlawful” injunctions by judges against executive orders.

President Trump posted: “Unlawful nationwide injunctions by radical left judges could very well lead to the destruction of our country! These people are lunatics who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect decisions and rulings. Lawyers endlessly search the United States for these judges, and file lawsuits. It is then the obligation of law abiding agencies of government to have these orders overturned.
“The danger is unparalleled! These judges want to assume the powers of the presidency without having to attain 80 million votes. They want all of the advantages with none of the risks. Again a President has to be allowed to act quickly and decisively about such matters as returning murders, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their homeland, or to other locations that will allow our country to be safe.
“It is our goal to Make America Great Again, and such a high aspiration can never be done if radical and highly partisan judges are allowed to stand in the way of justice. Stop nationwide injunctions now, before it is too late. If (Chief) Justice (John) Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation immediately, our country is in very serious trouble.
“Judge James Boasberg is doing everything in his power to usurp the power of the Presidency. (This) local, unknown judge, a grandstander, looking for publicity, and it cannot be for any other reason because his ‘rulings’ are so ridiculous, and inept. Save America!”
USA Today reported that “earlier this week, Trump called for the impeachment of Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, a lifetime appointee of President Barack Obama who ruled against one of his deportation policies in a D.C. federal court. Republican members of Congress responded by filing articles of impeachment against Boasberg. (Chief Justice John) Roberts’ response hours later suggested the president was defying a bedrock principle of the American government by proposing impeachment as an acceptable response.”
Boasberg is among multiple judges who have ruled against President Trump’s executive actions and his “administration has been ordered to ease federal worker layouts, certain deportation flights, a ban on transgender troops serving in the military, overturn any federal funding freeze and keep birthright citizenship.
Meanwhile, ABC News reported that President Trump has argued “no single judge should be able to use an injunction to block the powers of the country’s elected chief executive.”
“That’s a presidential job. That’s not for a local judge to be making that determination,” Trump said on Fox News earlier this week as he railed against a judge who issued a limited injunction to stop deportation flights of alleged Venezuelan gang members to other countries after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
According to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, “The judges in this country are acting erroneously,” she said. “We have judges who are acting as partisan activists from the bench. They are trying to dictate policy from the President of the United States. They are trying to clearly slow walk this administration’s agenda, and it’s unacceptable.”
The White House argues that’s especially the case when it comes to immigration matters, foreign affairs, national security and the President exercising his constitutional powers as Commander-In-Chief.
Injunctions are meant to preserve the status quo while judges consider the merits of the case. They can also issue temporary restraining orders with similar impact. If appealed it goes to a three-judge court and then can work its way to the Supreme Court.
According to a Harvard Law Review study, President Barack Obama faced 12 injunctions, and President Joe Biden 14 injunctions. The Trump administration has already faced 64 injunctions.
Conservative News Outlets Expose Leftist Judges Bias Against Executive Orders
Jim Hoft is the founder and editor of The Gateway Pundit, one of the top conservative news outlets in America. His news outlet reported on March 18:
- Judge James Boasberg’s daughter, Katherine Boasberg, works for a NonGovernmental Organization (NGO) named Partners for Justice which strongly opposes mass deportations and legislation targeting members of criminal gangs and has been a vocal critic of the Laken Riley Act–a U.S. law that requires the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to detain illegal immigrants admitted to charges with, or convicted of theft-related crime, assaulting a police officer, or a crime that results in death or serious bodily injury like drunk driving.
Partners for Justice receives 76 percent of its funding from U.S. government grants.
Breitbart News on March 18 reported:
- Judge James Boasberg’s wife, Elizabeth ‘Liddy’ Manson–is the founder and a board chair of Meadow Reproductive Health and Wellness–a non-profit abortion clinic in McLean, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. and is known for her anti-Trump Facebook postings and is a major Democrat donor.
Finally, Gateway Pundit on March 20 reported:
- Chief Justice John Roberts is part of a “secretive, invite–only club of elite judges and lawyers called the American Inn of Court that includes the “radical American-hating judges ”James Boasberg (President), Ketanji Brown Jackson (Vice President), Amit Mehta (Secretary) and Beryl Howell–”all hard-left judges and Trump-haters.”
According to the Gateway Pundit, “The Supreme Court Chief Justice (John Roberts; Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple) is holding secretive meetings with far-left district judges who are running a judicial coup on the current President of the United States.
“George Soros has funded a fellowship at Middle Temple where John Roberts is a master of the bench. First, let me very quickly explain how this secret society called the American Inns of Court came about. In the UK, they have the four Inns of Court that dates back hundreds of years. One of those is called Middle Temple. Well, the US created the American venison of this in recent decades.
“The branch many of our judges belong to is The Edward Bennett Williams (EBW) Inn of Court. It’s so secretive, they deleted most signs of this branch from their website although they still met.
“Now here’s Judge Beryl Howell. She was nominated by President Judge Boasberg, and Vice President Ketanji Brown Jackson approved of her nomination. Boasberg claims it was her work on Jan. 6 that contributed to his choosing her for the American Inns of Court professionalism award.
“Department of Justice (DOJ) and Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who oversees 500 special agents, auditors, inspectors, attorney and support staff whose mission is to detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse and misconduct in DOJ programs and personnel was in attendance at the Feb. 15, 2024 Edward Bennett Williams Inn of Court meeting at the District of Columbia Court of Judge Amit Mehta (Secretary). Also there were Seth Eichenholtz, Deputy Assistant Attorney General with Inn member G. Zachary Terwiliger of Vinson & Elkins and guest panelists: Jim Fredricks of the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Tiffany Rider of Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider and Matthew Bester of Accenture.”
