Biden Caters To ‘Far-Left’ Dark Money Groups With Supreme Court ‘Gimmick,’ Critics Say
President Biden’s push to impose radical changes to the Supreme Court caters to the left-wing base of the Democrat party from an administration that was once billed as a “moderate,” critics argue. On Monday, Biden and Vice President Harris, who is now running at the top of the presidential ticket for Democrats in November, backed drastic measures for Congress to adopt, including term limits, ethics rules and a constitutional amendment to limit presidential immunity.
The move marks a nearly 180-degree pivot for Biden, who had generally bucked plans even from within his own party to make such changes to the high court. During the early years of his political career in the Senate, Biden called President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s plans to place term limit on older justices and packing the court “a bonehead idea.” Packing he court, or court packing, is a term for increasing the number of justices on the court. On the campaign trail in 2020, he resisted calls to expand the size of the court, saying that it would undermine its credibility.
With Monday’s announcement, Biden hasn’t said he wants to pack the court. But on his way out of the Oval Office door, he’s endorsing plans from the most radical wing of his party. Arabella Advisors is a dark money fund that feeds various left-wing causes. Notably, Harris’ communications director, Brian Fallon, is the former head of Demand Justice, which is an Arabella-funded group that advocates for court packing. Fix The Court, another Arabella-connected group pushes for term limits for Justices.

DNC Manager Asserts ‘Weirdly Unpopular’ Kamala Harris Cannot Win In 2024
Harris campaign aide Joyce DeCerce, a compliance manager at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), believes Vice President Kamala Harris cannot “win this year,” a video published by James O’Keefe and reported by the Daily Mail shows.
The video undercuts the DNC’s narrative of party unity after Vice President Kamala Harris received the party’s coronation without receiving one primary vote.
The concerns might be well founded. Former President Donald Trump is heavily forecast to beat Harris, statistician Nate Silver’s model found Tuesday, as Breitbart News’s Matthew Boyle reported: Trump is forecast to have a 61.3-percent chance of winning, while Harris only has a 38.1-percent chance of winning. That means Trump has a more than three-in-five shot at victory, while Harris has a less than two-in-five shot.

White House, Harris Silent On Olympics Gender Controversy As Trump Vows To ‘Protect Women And Girls’
Both the White House and Kamala Harris’ campaign were silent when contacted for comment Thursday morning about whether they support biologically male, intersex or trans athletes competing against biological females at the Olympics.
The Trump campaign, meanwhile, quickly slammed the notion as uproar surrounds an Algerian fighter caught in the middle of an eligibility controversy after their opponent, Italian boxer Angela Carini, withdrew from the match 46 seconds in due to the impact of the punch. “President Trump has been unequivocally clear that he will NOT stand for men competing in women’s sports—an insane and unfair reality that has been allowed to transpired because of Radical Left politicians like Kamala Harris. When he returns to the White House, President Trump will take immediate action to protect women and girls and overturn the Harris-Biden Administration’s radical rewrite of Title IX,” a Trump campaign spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Thursday.

Pollster Frank Luntz said that former President Donald Trump could inflict major political damage on Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign with one short question. Trump can defeat Harris at the ballot box if he asks voters “can you name one thing she accomplished as Vice-President?,” Luntz told FOX 11 Los Angeles’ Elex Michaelson during an appearance on “The Issue Is Show,” which aired Friday.

How Kamala Harris Uses A Fake Persona And Cultural Appropriation To Advance Her Career
Kamala Harris has crafted a contrived persona and a phony identity to advance her career, portraying herself as part of a “marginalized group.” The logic is something like this: If she is perceived as part of a victim class (spoiler: she’s not) based on her race, few, if any, will press her on her politics.
The neighborhood Harris grew up in is called Westmount, a majority English neighborhood in the French province of Quebec. There is no racial hostility in Montreal. Some racial political discourse has been imported from America in more recent years, but that would not really be a part of the cultural awareness or experience of someone who stopped living there before 2020. And in that city, Kamala Harris grew up in the most upscale neighborhood, which, at the time she lived there, was not only the nicest neighborhood in Montreal, but was the richest one in all of Canada. Far from the struggle of “the streets” Harris now purports to have been down with.
According to an op-ed penned by her best friend from her time at Westmount High School, Harris lived with her mother and sister Maya on Grosvener Avenue, in a Victorian home. As her friend explains, Harris enjoyed “family dinners and a stable life.”

Pennsylvania Court: Digital Images Of Completed Absentee And Mail-In Ballots Are Public Records
In a landmark decision, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled that digital images of completed absentee and mail-in ballots are to be considered public records. This pivotal ruling stems from a case involving appellant Michelle Previte, who sought to obtain electronic copies of these ballots from the 2020 General Election via Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL).
The Commonwealth Court on Wednesday, which found that the digital images of absentee and mail-in ballots are indeed public records. The court determined that these images fall under the purview of the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), which mandates public access to government records unless explicitly exempted by law.
Judge Ellen Ceisler, who authored the majority opinion, said that completed absentee and mail-in ballots, once removed from ballot boxes or voting machines, are to be treated as public records and can be obtained through an RTKL request as long as they follow the Election Code’s rules of disclosure and do not include any information that identifies (or is reasonably likely to facilitate the identification of) the individuals who cast those ballots.

California Investors Colonize Kamala Harris Campaign
California’s Kamala Harris is pushing California’s lobbies, advisers, funding, and political priorities into the top ranks of the Democratic Party. Her newly announced top aides include Californian Tony West, who is her brother-in-law and the top lawyer at the Uber ride-sharing firm. “He has served as a critical point of contact for business leaders and major donors, according to several people with knowledge of his role,” the New York Times reported.
California’s tech investors are backing Harris because of her “familiarity with the needs of the tech industry,” says Reid Hoffman, a technology investor and a member of the board at Microsoft. The rise of California’s interest groups in Democratic politics is a PR problem for the party that portrays itself as a champion for economic equality and middle-class families. California’s economy of wealthy investors and lower-wage migrants is squeezing out California’s once-envied middle class, ensuring that California’s economic inequality is higher than in states such as Arkansas and Mississippi.
For example, California’s housing prices are inflated by elite support for legal and illegal migrants: “Apples to apples, a mid-tier home, in the 35th to 65th percentile of home values, costs more than twice as much in California as elsewhere in the U.S. — $784,000, versus $354,000 nationally,” Capital and Main reported in July. “This translates to a budget-choking average monthly payment for Californians of nearly $6,000.”

Walz seemed unperturbed by the fact that such hostile, incendiary rhetoric has been widely blamed for creating the context of fear and hatred in which a gunman tried to kill Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania just weeks before.

Vice President Kamala Harris began her political career as the girlfriend of California power broker Willie Brown, who was married at the time; her husband, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, was recently exposed as having had an affair with the family nanny during his first marriage. Emhoff recently admitted the affair but has not said whether the nanny became pregnant, as reported.

Former President Trump reacted Wednesday morning to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz being tapped as Kamala Harris’ running mate, saying he “could not be more thrilled” that the vice president made the “shocking pick.” The former president warned Walz is more radical than Harris on key issues like immigration and crime, as critics worry the Harris-Walz ticket could be the most far-left in the nation’s history.
Harris announced on Tuesday she chose Walz to be her vice presidential running mate, just hours before the pair made their first public appearance together at a campaign rally in Philadelphia. Walz, a former congressman, is in his second term as governor of Minnesota, a state that Democrats have reliably won in presidential elections for decades but that the Trump campaign has aimed at flipping this cycle.
