A Pennsylvania mom who was served by former President Trump at McDonald’s discussed the one request she asked of the former president when he surprised her at the drive-thru window on Sunday. Trump cooked and served french fries to customers at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, while accusing his 2024 opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, of lying about once working at the fast food restaurant.

The Pennsylvania resident, who moved to the U.S. from Brazil 26 years ago, was asked about the remark in an interview on “The Story” Monday. My parents were victims of Brazilian corruption, government corruption,” she told anchor Martha MacCallum. “My mom lost a pretty successful business…almost 30 years ago, and that’s the reason why we moved to the United States.

Judges Reject RNC Lawsuits in Michigan And North Carolina On UOCAVA Ballots Allowing Overseas Voters To Cast Ballots In Michigan Despite Never Living There
Judges in Michigan and North Carolina separately rejected RNC lawsuits on UOCAVA or overseas voting in US elections. The RNC in Michigan challenged the rule by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson that voters who never resided in Michigan could cast their overseas ballot and have it count in Michigan. The Michigan judge said the lawsuit was an attempt to “disenfranchise” voters.
The North Carolina judge said Republicans “presented no substantial evidence” of the fraud they claimed they were trying to prevent.

Biden Embraces Trump Lawfare: ‘We Gotta Lock Him Up’
President Joe Biden let the veil slip during a Thursday stop in New Hampshire. Biden told a small crowd “We gotta lock him up” during a screed on his nemesis Donald Trump, according to several reports. The President had restrained himself from publicly endorsing jailing Trump for years. Biden later collected himself and attempted to clean up the mess he created. “Lock up him politically,” Biden said, reports Stephen Michael. “Lock him out, that’s what we have to do.”
Biden has denied White House involvement in the lawfare against Trump, which has continued after Biden was deposed atop the ticket for his Vice President Kamala Harris.But in November 2022, after reports surfaced Trump would seek a return to the White House, Biden pledged to pursue measures beyond the ballot box to prevent Trump’s reelection.
During a November 9, 2022 press conference, Biden, when asked about the prospects of Trump running against him in 2024, said, “We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power, if he does run, making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next president again [sic].”
That sensational pledge preceded an eruption of extraordinary legal assaults on Trump, most vividly represented by a trio of events on a single date – November 18, 2022.
On that day, just over a week after Biden’s pledge and Trump subsequently entering the race, three events, two which took place behind closed doors, occurred – suggesting White House coordination.

Kamala Harris Calls for Eliminating Senate Filibuster
Vice President Kamala Harris called for eliminating the Senate filibuster during a Wednesday CNN town hall. The filibuster is a long-standing tradition and tactic used to delay or prevent a vote on a measure from passing on the Senate floor.While speaking with Harris’s tough talk about codifying Roe v. Wade, CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Harris how she would get a measure passed to codify Roe v Wade when the filibuster is a hurdle to passage.
“Let me ask you, you’ve talked about codifying Roe v. Wade, that would obviously require 60 votes in the Senate, a majority of the Senate… If that’s not possible, to codify it in the house, what do you do?” he asked.
“I think we need to take a look at the filibuster, to be honest with you,” Harris replied.

Harris has previously called to end the filibuster but for a different reason. During her 2020 presidential campaign, Harris said she would back ending the filibuster to pass the radical Green New Deal, which is essentially a far-left socialist wish list.
National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) Chairman Steve Daines (R-MT) warned in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News in July that the Democrats have “radical” power-grabbing plans for the United States, which include ending the filibuster if they hold the majority in the upper chamber of Congress.
Nuking the filibuster would drop the 60 required votes to pass legislation to just 51 votes, enabling Democrats to ram through their radical agenda, Daines warned. That agenda, he said, includes packing the U.S. Supreme Court to 13 justices instead of nine, making Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico states to add four Democrat U.S. senators to the Senate, and conducting a federal takeover of election operations everywhere in the country.

Defender of the Faith: President Donald Trump Proudly Aligns Himself With Christianity
President Donald Trump’s dedication to Christians and their faith was evident at the 11th Hour Faith Leaders meeting in Concord, North Carolina. The Bible Belt state of North Carolina is notable for being the residence of the late Billy Graham and the headquarters of Samaritan’s Purse, led by his son Franklin. Trump praised Christian leaders such as Dr. Ben Carson and the Grahams and recalled his childhood memories, including watching Billy Graham preach at Yankee Stadium.
In his opening remarks, Trump respected God’s providence, sharing what Tucker Carson told him during the 2016 campaign, in which Carson stated, “God has picked you to win [the election].”
Referring to his background in the Reformed faith, attending First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica, New York, and Marble Collegiate Church, Trump mentioned his faith has grown deeper since the assassination attempt on July 13. He believes God saved him and gave him a bigger purpose in life.
Outside of Trump’s Christian upbringing and background, the 45th president mentioned that he was a defender of the faith. From his stance on religious freedom, proudly sharing the stage with renowned Christian leaders and his respect for Israel, Trump shared with the crowd that the radical left threatens traditional Christian values.
One moment that hit the news recently was the controversy surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris and a person in a crowd shouting, “Jesus is Lord.” Christians have criticized the response from the vice president, as she urged the person who shouted the statement to attend a Trump rally. In stark contrast to Harris’ insulting rhetoric, Trump stated, “We love Christians… We embrace followers of Jesus.”
From his childhood background and time as president of the United States, Trump has proven his respect and commitment to Christians and the faith.

Appeals Court Rules All Mail-In Ballots Must Be Received By Election Day In Order To Be Counted
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday ruled all mail-in ballots must be received by election day in order to be counted. The panel of three Trump-appointed judges – Andrew Oldham, James Ho and Kyle Duncan – said Mississippi was violating federal law by counting mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day.
“Congress statutorily designated a singular ‘day for the election’ of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors,” the 5th Circuit panel said, according to CNN. “Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this ‘day for the election’ is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials.”
The RNC and other watchdog groups like Judicial Watch filed lawsuits in Mississippi seeking to stop the counting of mail-in ballots received after Election Day. The Democrats use mail-in ballots to cheat.
“The 5th Circuit’s ruling is only binding on the three Southern states covered by the circuit, and for now, the panel is not ordering that the policy be blocked in Mississippi for the current election, instead sending the case down for more proceedings,” CNN reported.

Trump Appears On ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ For Three-Hour Marathon Interview: ‘Could You Imagine Kamala Doing This?’
Former President Donald Trump spoke about how being a politician is a “very dangerous business” during an interview with Joe Rogan on the Joe Rogan Experience.
During the interview, Rogan told Trump that “one of the beautiful things” about him is that he holds “huge events” and just talks, adding that Trump had “comedic instincts.” Trump added that in the business of politics, you need to have the “attitude of a comedian,” adding that it is a “dangerous” and “tough” business.
“One of the beautiful things about you is that you freeball,” Rogan said. “You get out and you do these huge events, and you’re just talking. We’ve highlighted you on the show many times — when you did those Biden impressions where he’s walking around and doesn’t know what he’s doing. It’s funny — it’s stand-up. It’s funny stuff. And, you were making fun of Elon one time. It’s great — you have comedic instincts, like, when you said to Hillary, ‘You’d be in jail.’ That’s great timing. But, it’s like, that kind of stuff was unheard of as a politician, like no one had done that.”
“You know it’s funny, you need at least the attitude of a comedian when you’re doing this business,” Trump said. “This is a very dangerous business. It’s a very tough business.”

Jews Flock To Trump Event At Madison Square Garden; Dems: ‘Nazi Rally’
Jews and other New Yorkers flocked to a rally for Donald Trump on Sunday at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan — a rally that the Kamala Harris campaign and other Democrats have falsely claimed is a “Nazi rally.” Huge crowds gathered for the rally at the popular Manhattan venue, home to the New York Knicks and, until recently, a Billy Joel residency that lasted several years. (Joel, notably, is Jewish, and once wore a yellow star on stage in 2017.)
Jews were visible among those gathered — including Orthodox and Hasidic Jews, distinguished by their black hats: Clinton claimed, without evidence, that Trump would be “reenacting” a Nazi rally that took place at the venue. Some Jews took extreme offense at Clinton’s statement.
