Yulee Primary Kindergarteners Learn About Voting

On Election Day, Mrs. Foose’s kindergarten class at Yulee Primary learned about voting, campaigning for “Best Class Pet,” and casting ballots. Buzzy Bee emerged victorious over Chester the Raccoon in a landslide win.

Callahan Elementary’s Sweet Election

Second graders at Callahan Elementary held a mock election to decide their favorite cookie, Oreo or chocolate chip. After tasting and voting, students compared and contrasted their teacher with the President of the United States.

Hilliard Elementary’s second graders took their voting seriously, using math skills to decide the winner in their Oreo vs. chocolate chip cookie election, incorporating bar graphs for a fun and educational exercise.

Yulee High School Art Blossoms with Millage Support

Thanks to millage funds, Mr. Mason’s students at Yulee High have been able to bring out their best work. New lighting and art materials are helping students create true masterpieces!


Callahan Intermediate Mentorship Program Kicks Off

Yulee High Marching Band Shines in Competition

Yulee High’s Marching Sound of One recently competed at Orange Park High School, placing 2nd in their class and 3rd overall out of 22 bands. Sporting new instruments and equipment funded by millage, the band thanks the community for their continued support.

This weekend, Wildlight Elementary students participated in a skills workshop for their upcoming Odyssey of the Mind Regional Tournament. They honed their skills in costume design, stage makeup, acting, and using power tools. Wildlight is proud to be Nassau County’s only school offering this prestigious STEM opportunity!
Bryceville Elementary Unites for Red Ribbon Week

For Red Ribbon Week, Bryceville Elementary promoted safety, drug-free lifestyles, and bullying prevention through themed activities. Students enjoyed surprises on their desks each day as a reminder to make positive choices, uniting as a school community.
