77th Assembly scheduled May 27 to June 1To We the People – You may be aware of the dark, global plan of the World Health Organization to “prepare the world for the next pandemic” by enacting what has become commonly known as the Pandemic Treaty–a “global solution” to address the “searing inequity” of rich countries purchasing enough (shot) doses to cover their entire populations, while lower and middle-income countries have little to none. Well, dear comrades, the targeted time of enactment is drawing nigh. Mind you, to be lawful, the proper procedures to amend the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) Article 55–via the “Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR)”–have pretty much been ignored. The deadline to lawfully circulate the proposed amendments to the IHR State Parties elapsed on 27 January 2024, without any communication of the package of amendments compiled by the WGIHR. The WGIHR then publicly proclaimed their intention to violate their international legal obligations by finalizing their package of amendments during the 7th meeting of the WGIHR on 5-9 February, 2024.By the 9th meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB)–comprised of the WHO member negotiators–held 18 to 28 March, the document had ballooned to 110 pages (we only know this thanks to a leak to POLITICO).WHO Member States agreed to resume “negotiations” aimed at finalizing the pandemic agreement 29 April to 10 May. The 77th World Health Assembly starts 27 May 2024, at which time Member States are scheduled to consider the proposed text of the world’s first pandemic agreement for adoption. Essentially, this international “Treaty” (which for the US to ratify simply requires the signature of the President–per the US Constitution, Article II, Section 2, Clause 2–provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur) is a multinational trade agreement that protects Big Pharma via a Benefits Sharing System with foreign nations. One of the scariest parts is that it would theoretically allow all 196 nations party to the regulations to abuse each other’s travelers (through mandated isolation, quarantines, and v-ax requirements). I encourage you to join me and sign an open letter to the WHO’s Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, to request that he NOT present a resolution on the amendments of the IHR to the 77th World Health Assembly at the end of May–but instead extend the deadline for the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations and the new Pandemic Agreement to be presented lawfully–immediately below: |
Interestingly, when the State Senate of Louisiana convened their 2024 session on March 11, they immediately introduced a bill, (SB133) Public Health: Provides relative to certain international organizations–and passed it UNANIMOUSLY on 3/26–proclaiming, “The World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana” (i.e. No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind shall be enforced or implemented by the State….Effective August 1, 2024).The Louisiana State House subsequently referred the bill to the Committee on House and Governmental Affairs. The regular Louisiana legislative session is scheduled to end June 3rd, so they have plenty of time to pass it.So far, I’m not aware of Florida taking any such action. Perhaps Governor DeSantis will call a special session, if need be. Speaking of “democracy”:Our friend Tucka posted to X: “Secretive Federal Agencies Trying to …. |
