| Lawsuit filed against unlawful voter registrations in Florida.Follows lawsuits filed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, and ColoradoPolk County CDF Sep 9 |
United Sovereign Americans (USA) filed Federal election complaints in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, and Colorado. Georgia is expected to be next. According to Praying Mantis, when two lawsuits address the same violation with opposite rulings, the Supreme Court must resolve the conflict. The Florida lawsuit was filed to respondents Merrick Garland (US Attorney General), Cord Byrd (Florida Secretary of State), and Ashley Moody (Florida Attorney General). All that is needed is one favorable ruling. Here is Florida’s lawsuit, filed on August 27, 2024: See the Florida Lawsuit Marly Hornik of United Sovereign Americans announced the filing of the Florida lawsuit on 8.24.2024. 38,149 holding such violating registrations cast votes that were counted in the 2022 election each of which Florida elections officials should have confirmed eligibility to vote before counting that vote.
