Editors note: A Colorado County Clerk was suspicious about 2020 election results. She started investigating and didn’t at all like what she found. The Secretary of State didn’t like her snooping around and tied her up with felony and misdemeanor accusations, getting her convicted on 7 of 10 charges, including preserving election data, which is legally required to be saved! Outrageous- a horrible example intended to intimidate others, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Some think that the accuser is the one who should have been convicted, This collection of story excerpts, below, suggests the magnitude of the problem. If this hasn’t been addressed then the 2024 election may be in jeopardy.

Former Mesa County Clerk and gold star mom Tina Peters was found guilty on seven of ten charges for preserving critical election data.
Tina Peters is the Election Clerk from Mesa County, Colorado. She made a copy of her machines’ information before performing the action requested by Jena Griswald (Colorado Secretary of State), who demanded that all voting machines’ election data should be erased (which is against the law) after the 2020 election.
Colorado Sun reported:
A jury has found Tina Peters guilty of seven of 10 counts related to a 2021 breach of the Mesa County election system. Twenty-first Judicial District Judge Matthew Barrett read the verdicts at 5:15 p.m. Monday, after the jury had deliberated for roughly four hours. At least four Mesa County sheriff’s deputies were inside the courtroom to maintain order and another four were in the hallway.
She faces up to six years in prison on each of her top three felony convictions and up to 18 months for conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation. Each of her three misdemeanor convictions carries up to 6 months in jail.
Peters, who had no visible reaction to the sentence, was not taken into custody after the verdicts were read. Instead, the judge directed her to report to the county probation office by noon Tuesday.
Mesa County District launched a criminal investigation against Peters for allegedly posting election system passwords on the internet. Peters maintains she had nothing to do with the crime she is accused and is being targeted for documenting election fraud in her county.
“We have a secretary of state that is drunk with power. She makes emergency decrees and when we query her – she refuses to answer in violation of the state law,” she told the crowd during (political activist) Mike Lindell’s symposium. “When I started having citizens come to me and tell me that something didn’t’ seem right in our local city elections from years ago to our 2020 election, I said if there is a there we will do something about it. I am a Republican — I am a conservative and she’s not and she weaponizes her position to attack people who disagree with her.
“I’ve been persecuted. They are trying to take over our election office. We are the last bastion of freedom in Colorado,” in Mesa County. “We have listened to people. They send me things from all over and there are some discrepancies there that I cannot deny or unsee.”
The FBI raided her home instead of investigating her claims.
“The FBI raided my home at 6 a.m. this morning, accusing me of committing a crime. And they raided the homes of my friends, mostly older women. I was terrified,” Peters said on the Lindell channel, adding the FBI “used a battering ram” to destroy the front door of one of her friends’ homes, according to Colorado Politics.
“Essentially, they were soldiers in combat gear. They were not men in suits with badges,” Peters said. “They looked very much like they were in a combat zone — soldiers with automatic weapons and combat gear.”
In February 2022, Peters was interrupted at a local restaurant by police and arrested.
Has The United States Of America Been Conquered By A Banana Republic?

Allegations made by Patrick Byrne on X spaces hosted by American Project, entitled “Cyber Crisis: Saving Tina Peters,” July 25th 2024 would suggest that we are in the process of being conquered not by tanks and ships but by guile and electronic voting machines. At the heart of this treachery is Smartmatic, the operating system developed in Venezuela used in nearly every voting machine, no matter the vendor. He describes the Smartmatic code as the equivalent of an operating system such as Windows that can run on many different types of PCs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.). In fact, this is the very proprietary software that we the public have not been allowed to see.

Byrne founder of Overstock.com is known for when Goldman Sachs sued him for exposing corruption in short selling of stocks. He spent $34 million dollars fighting Goldman Sachs and was eventually awarded $35 million after 10 years of work. His tenacity and sense of justice has now placed him in the center of perhaps the most important event in modern history.
Speaking from Baku, Azerbaijan, Byrne claimed to have obtained the Smartmatic Code by hacking the Venezuela Government. “What I’ve really been doing for the last two years abroad is I’ve been hacking the government of Venezuela. And I have it all at this point. I have everything.”
He went on to explain, “The computer forensics are indisputable. We had the people who wrote the code, deconstruct the image, and they know exactly what happened. Literally, the people who wrote the code in Venezuela are on our side and they deconstructed this all for us.”
But what does all of this have to do with Tina Peters, you may ask. Tina Peters bravely performed her job as the County Recorder in Mesa County, Colorado and when Dominion and the State of Colorado came to install a new “Trusted build,” Peters rightly feared they would erase data that she was duty-bound to protect and retain.
She called a cyber expert to make a forensic image of the hard drive prior to the new installment. When Dominion completed the upgrade, a second forensic image was made, and sure enough they had deleted everything. In doing so each file deleted was a felony. Hundreds of thousands of felonies were committed before her very eyes.
The forensic images were analyzed by well-known cyber experts Jeffrey O’Donnell and Dr. Walter C. Daugherty. What they found was unauthorized reprocessing and removal of ballots and votes with evidence of different results the second time. This was published in March of 2022, entitled Mesa Report #3. From the report they state, “It is important to note that this unauthorized procedure only copied the records of selected batches of ballots, indicating that this was an intentional act.”
Peter’s act of bravery led to retaliation by prosecutors in the State of Colorado filing unsubstantiated charges against Tina Peters in an attempt to get her locked up for 20 years and dispel any legitimate concerns about electronic voting machines.
A providential delay in Tina’s case led to Byrne obtaining significant amounts of data. Byrne says “Every 48 hours brings new discoveries. Even in the last 72 hours our discoveries keep breaking through to new depths. We have it at the atomic level what is happening in Mesa County in 2020. The entire election was hacked. The entire election was fake and this is going on all over America.”
Byrne applauds Peters, saying “Tina’s bravery is monumental. What Tina did is monumental. It has proven to be the Rosetta stone. I’ve just been reviewing material that is so damaging. It is so damaging to Dominion that I can barely keep a straight face.”
He goes on to say “We are correct in all our assertions, all our suspicions, all our allegations. Tina has been an instrumental part in what she did, the bravery she showed by just doing her job as the County Recorder protecting the records of her county.”
However, the significance of this case goes far beyond Tina Peters in Mesa County Colorado. Byrne paints a picture of Communist Venezuela where the government is actually a Cartel ruling over Venezuela’s four trillion dollar oil company and also ruling over the National Election Commission (Consejo Nacional Electoral, CNE) where Smartmatic was developed and marketed from.
Byrne explains “The mafia in Venezuela: We are all familiar with the Mexican Mafia, there are four of them, the Sineloa, Jalisco New Generation, Gulf, Los Zetas Cartels. These four cartels are the junior partners of the cartel. The senior partner is the Venezuela cartel. The name of the Venezuela Cartel is the Venezuela Government. Venezuela is where the mafia and government turn into Nation State. The government of Venezuela is a mafia.”
They are named “Cartel de los Soles” the “Cartel of the Sun” because the generals have a big sun on the shoulder of their uniform. “The Capos [mafia bosses] are the generals of the Venezuelan Army. The government of Venezuela is the Mafia of Venezuela. The mafia stole four trillion dollars worth of oil and stole the election commission (CNE Consejo Nacional Electoral). They conquered this election commission and the oil company.”
Certainly, the election commission was pivotal to the cartel maintaining local control and power. But what has been alleged is that there is a room in the CNE that is called the “Fish Bowl.” Byrne says “The Fish Bowl [is a place where] very few people are allowed to enter. From this room [the Fish Bowl] they can sit there and with all this equipment–any election around the world–they can manipulate from that room in Venezuela.”
Byrne explains “Smartmatic is just the commercial front of the Venezuelan mafia.” Most election systems around the world use Smartmatic operating systems. He says “It goes by different names, different brands, but fundamentally it is all Venezuelan Cartel’s operating systems. We [the US] can do this now too, we can make the machines spit out any result we want and erase it so there is no trace.”
Byrne describes the voting machines as follows, “This is all Venezuelan junk with a mask over it. The mask has a name: it’s called Dominion.” He also states: “It’s not a company in Denver. It’s a company in Serbia and all the hardware comes from China.”
The origin of voting machines has been a point of concern for many individuals. According to Byrne, this concern is justified. He says “Smartmatic has a factory in Taiwan that makes these machines. They come to the end of the assembly line in this factory in Taiwan and when they come to the end of the factory line they get stamped on them: Dominion, Hart, or ES&S, or something. But it’s just a little hood ornament that gets put on the machine. It’s all coming off the same factory line. Here is something even funnier. That factory line is not really a factory line. It’s an assembly line. The components all come out of mainland China.”
Byrne explains, “The motherboard in particular comes from a factory that is about 60 miles out of Beijing.” He says: “This all comes out of defectors from within your own ranks, the photographs, the affidavits and everything else. They are shipped more or less assembled to Taiwan. They make it look like they are manufactured there in Taiwan.” He continues to say “This all comes out of communist China. So, when you vote in the US or all around the world, you think you are holding a free election. The hardware you are voting on was made 60 miles from Beijing and the software comes out of Caracas, Venezuela. Does that scare you?”
Byrne asserts the hierarchy of power is as follows: “The chain of command is China (Russia and Iran are not in the chain of command but they are observers of the chain of command), Cuba and Venezuela, [and lastly] Mexican cartels.”
What does this mean for the United States? Are we indeed, under attack?
By the testimony of Patrick Byrne, the answer is a resounding “Yes.” He goes on to profess that this may be the last free elections we ever have.
According to Byrne’s X account, Congressman Jim Jordan was recently presented with a great deal of incontrovertible evidence about election fraud. Jordan replied: “This is so radioactive, we can’t dig into it until after the coming election.” It appears our elected officials still do not understand the gravity of the situation we are in, or they are willfully ignorant. A similar sentiment has been expressed by the new Shasta County (California) Register of Voters who stated that he does not want to make any changes until after the November election.
The changes that Patrick recommends are based on the international advice given to countries around the world that want to perform credible, internationally recognized elections. The key to which is transparency using precinct level, hand counting, on election day.
Byrne issued a stark warning, “We knew a year ago about illegalities and access, but it is far beyond that now. I would suggest to anyone in law enforcement now, this is your come to Jesus moment. If you continue in this fraud you are abetting. This isn’t just a county election. You’re committing treason. This is all part of treason. This is a component in a treasonous plot.”

When Secretary Of State Goes Partisan: Citizens Can Question Election Integrity

“America: The elections are in danger! It’s time to wake-up!” This four-part Citizens Journal election series focusing on a former Mesa, Colorado County Clerk’s ongoing trial is more than an account about the actions of a court or of Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswald—but the story of how America’s election process has been stolen in state after state.
Carefully read the allegations made by Patrick Byrne (Part II) chief executive of Overstock as he calls for election “transparency using precinct level, hand counting on election day” and descries the origins of the Dominion voting machine and its Smartmatic operating system. Byrne has spent millions to defend Tina Peters.
If we want accurate and fair elections, we must all engage with election integrity organizations such as the non-partisan EIP-Ca (read Part IV: the link to “California’s Legislative Blueprint For The Destruction Of Election Integrity.” Then volunteer to work with your own local elections.
Are we leading the fight to move away from voting machines (such as Dominion) and their operating systems (such as Smartmatic) toward hand counted ballots? Are we working to reduce the length of time for voting (which only allows for more election fraud)? Are we safeguarding how our ballots are collected? Are we working to see that voter identification is in place? Are we fighting this absurd notion of allowing non-citizens (illegals) to vote? Are we observing election workers as they go through their election duties?
Are we holding accountable our law enforcement agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)? This might be best done through working with local county sheriff offices particularly as it relates to elections.
Our Nov. 5 Election Countdown (as of Tuesday, July 13): 77 days and counting and unfortunately much, much earlier for early voting—depending on your state!

California’s Legislative Blueprint For The Destruction Of Election Integrity

Step-by-step for most of the last three decades, California’s legislature has slowly implemented a well-thought-out progression of laws that work synergistically to erode any semblance of election integrity in the state. Th erosion and ultimate destruction of the California Republic is the end game of the Golden State Agenda.
Nevertheless, the implementation of the Agenda paved the way for integrity in the election process to be weakened or eliminated. As a result, these guarantees are too easily circumvented, and more potentially unlawful votes can too easily be cast in competition with lawfully cast ballots.
The results are:
–Work overload of elections officials, diminishing ability to maintain integrity.
–Distance by time and geography of voters from their ballots and from election results.
–Diminishment or complete removal of secret ballot.
–Diminishment of meaningful citizen oversight.
–Loss of governmental voice by California’s most vulnerable citizens.
–Potential dilution of citizen vote by non-citizen and other illegitimate votes.
–Loss of choice and personal responsibility.
–Potential and irrevocable harm to legal immigrants on legitimate path to citizenship
–Diminishment and attempted removal of ALL “restrictions” to voting (age, legal status, citizenship status, jurisdiction, criminal status, etc.).

Editor’s Note: Fortunately, Nassau County is free from the problems mentioned above. Nassau County is now voting for 22 positions during the Primary Election set on Tuesday, August 20 (from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Early voting began August 7 and continues until Saturday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Registered Nassau County voters can vote in any Early Voting site. On Election Day, voters must go to their polling place assigned precinct. Voters should bring two forms of identification that include signature and photo.
