The Minshew ticket is Genece Minshew, Joyce Tuten and Tim Poynter.
Deception in politics is not just a national issue. It is local. All politics is local. They are in full deception mode locally. Media is not just corrupted nationally, it is locally also.
This article simply shares the facts. The candidates. Their relationships. Organizations they support. And the deception they are pushing to voters. Don’t just believe what a candidate says or what a newspaper (News Leader) says they say – validate the facts. Here are three candidates for Fernandina Beach City commission who are officially running as a ticket.
They say they are honest and truthful, but the actual foundation of their messaging is at times a complete lie. Let’s start with Genece Minshew.
| Honest – Minshew now is a registered Republican after being a lifelong Democrat. Honest? Minshew tells folks at her meet-and-greets that she will register as a Democrat the day after the election. Hmmm. What “community” is Minshew focused on? Her website makes no mention of her founding and leadership of Fernandina Beach Pride. Her candidate site does not show her radical values. |
Here are the facts concerning the Minshew/Tuten/Poynter ticket for Fernandina Beach City Commission race on November 5th.
Genece Minshew particularly is infamous around Fernandina Beach as the vocal past President of Fernandina Beach Pride, darling of the Democrat LGBTQ caucus candidates in 2022, and supporter of radical liberal positions that you may not have seen. All the talk of Comp Plan, taxes, bioethanol, and leadership are all a distraction. The city commission in Fernandina Beach has lowered taxes, protected the waterfront, improved services, and cleaning up inherited lawsuits.
Minshew complains that her opponent is spending too much money on a local campaign. What she does not say is that her 2022 campaign for city commission was supported by the Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus with lots of free press and promotion for their candidates. The pride team promotes their parade and festival as “family friendly”. It all depends on how you define family friendly. HIV testing. Profanity. Drag queens. Condoms. Peddling obscene books.
On her website video, she states that commissioners should not be beholden to any powerful group”.
Minshew is notorious locally for radical views especially showcased on her Facebook page. Do you want a commissioner who wants boys in girl’s city bathrooms? Do you want a commissioner who will seek to have Pride Festivals and drag shows in your face regularly on city property? Do you want penthouse sexual content showcased to children in our city recreation facilities and parks?
Minshew vocally endorses and re-posts Equality Florida’s democrat policies including abortion up until birth, FB as a travel destination for LGBTQIA+ groups, turning School Boards to LGBTQIA+ board members, drag shows on city recreation properties, supporting LGBTQ legal battles to force their ideologies on everyone and indoctrination of school children into LDBTQIA+ ideologies. Look at her Facebook posts promoting Equality Florida below.
Do you want abortion and transgender surgeries welcomed here in Fernandina Beach? It does not look like she seeks to protect children in the womb or after birth.
Do you want a commissioner that would attack Christian values in Fernandina Beach and push racist and inflammatory ideals? That is what Minshew brings to the table in the posts below vilifying white evangelicals and “white nationalists.”
Minshew is a “registered” Republican who has long supported the radical group Occupy Democrats (below):
Regarding Voter registration for the candidates and influencers ….
For these city candidates,
Minshew has been a lifelong democrat until April 2024 when she changed to Republican to run again.
Tuten was a Democrat until she changed to run in April 2024 to Republican to join team Minshew
Antun was an NPA until he ran in 2020 and changed to Republican
Poynter has always been a registered Republican in Florida
In the influencer category,
Chip Ross was a Democrat in 2013, changed to NPA in 2014, and Republican in 2016 to run
Mike Lednovich was NPA in 2017, 2018 NPA=>R, 2020 R->NPA, 2024 NPA->R.
Bradley Bean, Darron Ayscue and Christy Kelly have always been registered Republican. No changes.
