Weekends In Palo Alto, Private School, Trips To Jamaica: A Look At Kamala Harris’s ‘Middle Class’ Childhood
Vice President Kamala Harris has tried to portray her upbringing as “middle class” and even working class — touting a summer job at McDonald’s and claiming to be from Oakland, a blue-collar city with a large black population.
For example, during a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, Harris said, “I grew up a child of a mother who worked very hard. She raised me and my sister and she saved up. And by the time I was a teenager, she was able to buy a home.” On September 13, she posted on X, “Let me be clear: I will always put the middle class and working families first. I know where I came from.”
When asked during the presidential debate if Americans were better off than they were four years ago, she responded, “I was raised a middle-class kid.” However, a close look at her childhood shows that Harris and her younger sister grew up with many opportunities that many “middle class” children do not have, such as living abroad, private school education, and growing up in some of the wealthiest locales in the world. But Harris has downplayed her privilege throughout her political career.
On August 31, she described herself as “a daughter of Oakland, California, who was raised by a working mother and had a summer job at McDonald’s.” But while she was born in the Kaiser Hospital in Oakland, at the time, her graduate school parents lived in Berkeley, California — a predominantly white, liberal elite enclave in the San Francisco Bay Area home to UC Berkeley, one of the top public universities in the world. In fact, that is where her “working mother” — the daughter of an Indian diplomat — and father met as graduate students. Harris’s own father even wrote that Kamala was “born” in Berkeley.

Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan Grants Jack Smith’s Request To Submit 180-Page ‘Hit Piece’ On Trump
Judge Tanya Chutkan on Tuesday approved Jack Smith’s request to submit a 180-page ‘opening brief’ on President Trump in the January 6 DC case. Jack Smith knows he can’t get to trial before the election so he is trying to release a “hit piece” on Trump in the January 6 case as he addresses the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling. Tanya Chutkan, the Obama-appointed judge overseeing the case, previously signed off on Jack Smith’s request for an “irregular” filing.
Jack Smith requested to file a 180-page document so he can attack Trump before the election. As expected, Judge Chutkan granted Jack Smith’s request and blasted President Trump.
Trump’s attorneys previously asked Chutkan to deny Jack Smith’s request to file a 180-page opening brief because it is quadruple the page limit in DC.
Trump’s attorneys rightfully argued that Jack Smith’s allegations presented through the 180-page document will “enter the dialogue around the election.”
They also argued that the gag order prevents Trump from even responding to the allegations and explaining in detail why Jack Smith’s selective biased account is inaccurate.

Kamala’s Threat To Eliminate Filibuster Backfires As Manchin, Sinema Turn Against Her
Two pro-abortion rights Senators turned on Vice President and Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris over her call to end the filibuster to codify protections for almost unrestricted abortion. Harris called for the end of the legislative filibuster in the Senate during an appearance on Wisconsin Public Radio on Tuesday to codify the right to abortion and eliminate state pro-life laws, a move with massive legislative and societal repercussions extending far beyond abortion.
Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV), who left the party to become independent but still caucuses with Democrats, will no longer support Harris for president, he told CNN. “Shame on her,” Manchin said Tuesday “She knows the filibuster is the Holy Grail of democracy. It’s the only thing that keeps us talking and working together. If she gets rid of that, then this would be the House on steroids.”

Quinnipiac Poll Results Come In And Deliver Devastating News For Kamala Harris
We saw the recent NYT/Siena College Poll and the Emerson College polls. Those were already showing some good numbers for Trump, with NYT showing him up by 5 points in Arizona, 4 points in Georgia, and 2 in North Carolina. Then Emerson has Trump up in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, tied in Nevada, with Harris ahead in NC and MI. If that holds, Trump wins.
Now there’s the Quinnipiac poll, a poll that has a devastating result for Harris. It has Trump in the lead in the national vote. It’s moved two points in Trump’s direction. In August, Harris was up 1 point. Now, Trump is up by 1, 48 to 47 among likely voters in the full-field race. If he’s up by one in the popular vote, that spells good news for the Electoral College. And that’s with a slightly greater percentage of Democrats than Republicans in the poll.
If you look at the cross tabs, it’s even worse for Harris. Among independents, Trump is up 47 to 44. Even the enthusiasm has dropped for Harris since August among Democrats, going down 5 points from 75 to 70 percent. The reality is starting to set in with her. Meanwhile, the enthusiasm for Trump has gone up 3 points since August. The respondents even said he cared more about the needs of people like them 49 to 48 percent over Harris.
Here’s her downfall. On the top issues, the economy and immigration, Trump tops Harris by 7 and 8 points, respectively, and most think Trump would do better handling a crisis, 51 to 47.

Outraged Trump-Supporting Mom Confronts And Blasts School For Forcing 17-Year-Old To Register To Vote Democrat Without Her Consent, Claiming Trump Win Would ‘Doom Black People’!
A mother in Pittsburgh is furious after her 17-year-old daughter was pulled out of class and told to register to vote—without her consent. To make matters worse, the school’s staff allegedly pushed a blatant political agenda, suggesting that “if Donald Trump was elected, Black people would be doomed.”
In a viral TikTok video, Kay Montana shared the distressing experience her daughter, Nyla, went through, claiming “Pittsburgh Public Schools” not only registered her to vote without her permission but also was subjected to political indoctrination.
“My 17-year-old daughter was pulled out of class and told she needed to register to vote. Not only was she told how to register, she was told who she should vote for,” Kay said in her viral video.
Nyla is currently 17 years old and will turn 18 on October 5th. As Ms. Montana has mentioned, she still has an entire month left to register to vote with her guidance. According to Ms. Montana, the school didn’t tell her anything, and her daughter just randomly texted her to say she registered to vote.
When pressed on the allegations that her daughter was told Trump’s presidency would “doom Black people,” the staff member fumbled through an explanation, failing to take responsibility.

FBI Whistleblower Issues Dire Warning To America As The Presidential Election Approaches And Delivers Powerful Recommendations To All Americans
Former FBI staff specialist and whistleblower Marcus Allen delivered a powerful warning to America on Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government that everyone should take seriously or regret later.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Allen had his security clearance suspended in 2022 after he raised questions about Director Christopher Wray’s statements regarding law enforcement involvement during the January 6th protests.
Allen upset his superiors at the bureau when he testified before the House Judiciary Committee last year and revealed how he was the victim of political retaliation for his views about January 6th.
In his testimony before the Committee on Wednesday, Allen explained to America that as the election nears, the FBI is completely out of control, will not reign in their own conduct, and nothing is stopping them from going after any American on the mere basis of politics. He then issued some strong recommendations which emphasized the urgency of this threat.
First, Americans must vote regardless of current election integrity measures because refusing to do so is merely forfeiting their voice in the process. Next, Allen explained every citizen must exercise their right to bear arms to protect themselves and their families, form alliances with neighbors, and stock up on months of food supplies. Finally, Allen told every American to pray and read the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Before his explosive warning statement, Allen also slammed the FBI official leading the investigation into the second attempted assassination of Trump, revealing the official retaliated against Allen over politics and mocked him for his devout Christian beliefs.
Allen stated that Jeffrey Veltri told him that he was “delusional for believing in and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit.”

California Cannot Provide an Accurate List of Who Voted in November 2022. What are the implications for November 2024?
Nonpartisan watchdog group finds legally required list of voters exceeds official results by more than 22,000 voters and 43,000 votes.
A review of the official list of voters and number of votes cast in the CA November 8, 2022 election reveals 43,624 more votes and over 22,000 more voters than the numbers certified by the CA Secretary of State, calling into question the validity of the certification of the 2022 election. Is this a harbinger of things to come in 2024?
On June 28, 2024 Election Integrity Project®California (EIPCa) obtained from the office of the Secretary of State a list of who voted in California’s November 8, 2022 general election.
California’s Election Code §2191 provides qualified groups the right to obtain from elections officials a list of each person who voted in previous elections. The list contained each voter’s name, address, birthdate, state Registration ID number, voting method and current registration status (active, inactive, pending, cancelled, etc.) Each Registration ID number in VoteCal is unique, and not duplicated. The list should have been an exact match to the list California certified on December 16, 2022. It was not!
EIPCa sent a letter with the findings listed by county and the method of voting to the Secretary of State on September 6, requesting a timely response to several questions, but has not yet received a response. EIPCa analyzed the Secretary’s list and found:
· The number of statewide November 8, 2022 votes provided in the list is 43,624 more votes than certified by the Secretary.
· 21,355 voters had two or three votes credited to their respective Registration ID numbers.
· If these multi-votes are removed, there were still 22,210 more voters listed than number of votes certified.

Absentee Ballots Are Being Mailed To “Inactive” Voters In Wisconsin For Presidential Election
In what can only be described as “unbelievable”, “numbing” or “stunning”, an emergency status complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and their Administrator of Elections, Meagan Wolfe, by the Republican National Committee (RNC) involving “inactive” (ineligible) voters receiving absentee ballots over the last week in Wisconsin.
The RNC is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, to address this potentially egregious matter before it’s too late to be corrected in time for the Presidential Election on November 5th.
Wisconsin has been the center of multiple questionable election integrity issues over the last 4 years that included this past week where over 2,000 absentee ballots were mailed to “eligible electors” twice in the City of Madison. Wisconsin Congressman Steil has been instrumental in getting to the bottom of what appears to be a “money laundering” campaign finance scheme by democrats.
In the most recent election integrity development, the RNC has uncovered the following of what appears to be a major security breach of the WisVote database involving the mailing of absentee ballots to “inactive” (ineligible) individuals this past week:
- RNC purchased the current 7.8 +/- names in the WisVote database for $12,500.00.
- The WisVote database currently has 3.4 +/- million “active/eligible” elector names and 4.4 +/- million “inactive/ineligible” names in the same database that can moved between the two buckets with a click of a keyboard entry if authorized credentials are legally used.
- Wisconsin’s population is 5.9 million.
- 4.6 million Wisconsin residents are of voting age population (VAP).
- 3.4 +/- million Wisconsin residents are currently reported to be registered to vote as an “active/eligible” elector.
- Wisconsin mails absentee ballots 45-47 days before the Presidential Election.
- These absentee ballots are automatically mailed to individuals that legally qualify as “indefinitely confined” per state law and don’t require a photo ID or signing of a poll book the day of the election.
- Approximately 140,000 +/- individuals were mailed an absentee ballot last week that are designated as “indefinitely confined”.
- A total of 418,786 absentee ballots have been mailed since last week.
- A total of 27,907 absentee ballots have been returned over the last week through the USPS, drop boxes and or in-person to Clerks across Wisconsin.
- Wisconsin does not process absentee ballots until election day at the precinct level or at the 38 communities (1,852 communities in total) across Wisconsin through Central Count locations.
- Wisconsin processed just under 2 million absentee ballots in 2020 out of a total of 3.3 million ballots or 60%.
- WEC issued very liberal “guidance” to Clerks across Wisconsin in 2020 to process absentee ballots even if those absentee ballot certificates were missing required statutory information.
- Only 4,270 absentee ballots were rejected in 2020 for missing statutory required information or .002%.
- Normal absentee ballot rejection rates are in the 2%-3% range.
- An apparent activist Dane County Circuit Court Judge recently ordered
- Absentee ballots are collected in Wisconsin through the USPS, drop boxes, long-term facilities, early in-person or dropped off at the Clerk’s Office or Absentee Ballot Central Count location.
- Early in-person voting, recorded as an absentee ballot, starts on October 22nd in Wisconsin that requires the elector to present a photo ID and sign the poll book.
- Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

650,000 Migrant Criminals, Suspects Free In Biden-Harris’s America
President Joe Biden’s administration is allowing up to 650,000 criminal migrants and suspects — including at least 13,099 migrant murderers and 222,141 migrants facing criminal charges — to roam through American communities, according to a dramatic data dump by a House Republican.
“The data says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals,” reported Fox News, which got the information from Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX). The letter from ICE to Gonzalez says. The data shows that there are 13,099 migrants convicted of homicide who are not detained, Fox noted.
The report says an additional 222,141 undetained migrants are facing criminal charges, including 1,845 homicide charges, even though the agency is choosing not to use all of its 41,000 detention beds. The data also shows an additional 15,000 migrant criminals in jail. The jailed population includes 277 migrant murderers and 51 migrants who are facing murder charges. The data also shows 17,000 migrants found guilty, or charged with, sexual offenses.
In March 2021, Harris reportedly declined to share control of migration policy with President Joe Biden’s border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas. Since then, the Cuban-born Mayorkas has used his power over the nation’s immigration rules to sharply reduce the detention and deportation of migrants, including criminal migrants. His rollback in enforcement is intended to help the “Bidenomics” economic strategy of creating millions of lower-wage jobs for employers who prefer to hire migrants instead of better-paid Americans. So far, Mayorkas has welcomed almost 10 million legal, illegal, and quasi-legal migrants — or roughly one migrant for every American birth.

Leaked Conversation Between Arizona’s Democrat Gov, Attorney General And Secretary Of State Reveals Attempt To Cover Up 98,000 Voter Registration Glitch
A newly leaked phone call between Arizona’s Democratic statewide officeholders reveals how they scrambled to find a narrative before announcing a statewide error that validated the citizenship of nearly 100,000 voters.
“It’s going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting in our elections,” said Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on the call obtained by the Washington Post. “They’re going to be calling for new 2020 and ’22 elections as well,” Hobbs worried, referencing her own election that she rigged and stole from Kari Lake last midterm cycle.
Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes admitted that “all of these elections are challengeable” as a result of the state not verifying voters’ citizenship.

Hispanic Voters In 2024: A Transforming Bloc For Trump And The Republicans
Among the key data on eligible Hispanic voters in 2024 is the rapid growth of the Hispanic electorate. Since the 2020 presidential election, the number of eligible Hispanic voters in the U.S. has grown by nearly 4 million. In 2024, an estimated 36.2 million Hispanics will be eligible to vote, compared to 32.3 million in 2020. This represents half of the total growth of eligible voters nationwide during this period. The annual increase in new voters is approximately 1.4 million Hispanics in the U.S. becoming eligible to vote each year as they turn 18, significantly contributing to the rise in eligible Hispanic voters.
Although Donald Trump saw an increase in support from Hispanic voters in 2020, the majority (59%) voted for Joe Biden, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of validated voters. Historically, Hispanic voter turnout rates have been lower compared to other racial and ethnic groups, though their growing numbers could influence future elections. Projections and data from the U.S. Census Bureau show that the Hispanic electorate continues to expand, with detailed demographic information available for deeper analysis. This growing group of voters will play a crucial role in shaping the outcome of the 2024 elections and beyond. A national poll by Quinnipiac shows Donald Trump leading in the Hispanic vote with 52%, compared to 44% for his opponent.
Hispanics, a key voting bloc in the U.S., have traditionally tended to support the Democratic Party. However, in recent elections, there has been a noticeable shift, with more Hispanic voters showing support for Republican candidates, including Donald Trump. Several factors could explain why this trend is occurring and why it could continue in the 2024 presidential election, potentially helping Trump return to the White House.
Many Hispanic voters cite the economy as their main priority, and some believe that the Republican Party offers better policies for job creation, tax reduction, and economic stability. During Trump’s presidency, some Hispanics felt they benefited from strong economic growth and low unemployment rates, leading to increased support for Trump and the Republicans.
Social issues, such as religion, abortion, and family values, play an important role in the political views of many Hispanics. A large portion of the Hispanic population is Catholic or Evangelical Christian, and they may align more with the conservative positions of the Republican Party on these issues, especially as the Democratic Party adopts more progressive stances.
