“I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous…Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar and the truth is not in him.” – 1 John 2:1:3-5 (NKJV)

Democrats invoked God and prayer as they opened Day 1 of the party convention with their radical socialistic political platform focused on “reproductive rights”—code word for an abortion platform.

Some 50,000 Democrats gathered Aug. 19 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois in a night of democratic hypocrisy as they continued on their main theme of “Dump Joe Biden” for Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz while also addressing their secondary theme of “Kill Babies” (abortion), “Celebrate Reproductive Rights” and spent most convention time to “Attack Trump.”

The key fact to remember is that President Biden was pushed out from the Democrat Party’s nomination in what conservative media calls “the coup” after winning 14 million primary votes for the nomination and replaced “behind the scenes” by Vice President Kamala Harris who selected Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz as her Vice-President choice.

The first day ended past midnight with President Joe Biden addressing convention-goers past his bedtime in a 50-minute address that ended at 12:21 a.m. (EST) way past prime-time.  Biden’s message was strongly critical of former President Donald Trump calling him “a liar…not worthy of being Commandeer-In-Chief…who will be a dictator on day one…a sucker…who in the hell does he think he is?” Biden speech TRANSCRIPT

While addressing the conflict between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organization in control of Gaza, President Biden said: “We’re working around the clock to end the civilian suffering of the Palestinian people and finally, finally, finally deliver a ceasefire and end this war” a concession to the arrested protestors who scaled the Secret Service wall built to protect convention-goers.  Democrats protect themselves but not our nation’s border.

President Biden also attacked Trump on abortion—demonstrating the party’s priority for this issue—and the overturning of Roe v. Wade (a Supreme Court decision) and warned Trump “is going to find out the power of women in 2024.”

The Democrat Party Platform that calls to elect Biden (19 references)—not Harris (party officials admitted they did not have time to change the platform language)—was adopted early during the first night. The 92-page party platform has nine chapters: Growing Our Economy, Rewarding Work, Lowering Costs, Tackling Climate Crisis, Protecting Communities, Strengthening Democracy, Securing Our Border, Advancing Unity, and Strengthening American Leadership unlike the 1-page GOP Platform with 20 promises to Make America Great Again.

Other Day 1 speakers included: Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), First Lady Jill Biden, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, United Autoworkers president Shawn Fain, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, and Ashley Biden (Joe Biden’s daughter) who introduced him.

This was the night to get the Biden family on the platform and then get rid of them the rest of the convention by first chanting: “We Love Joe” after moving to “Dump Joe.”
