| We’re working hard to preserve the America you love! Happy New Year! Welcome back to the County Citizens Defending Freedom (CCDF-USA) Newsletter. In our first edition of 2023 we’ll examine how a Florida school board is protecting parental rights and enforcing state statutes, and we’ll learn how one Texas county is educating and engaging its citizens. MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN COMPLIANCE WITH NEW FLORIDA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION RULE Miami-Dade County, FL – On April 19, 2021, the Texas Legislature voted to pass Senate Bill 797 which requires all publicly funded schools in Texas to prominently display the national motto “In God We Trust” inside each school building. READ MORE   KEVIN PARKERGEORGIA STATE DIRECTOR Kevin Parker joined County Citizens Defending Freedom (CCDF-USA) as the Georgia State Director on June 1, 2022. He has worked for decades as a small business advocate, was the President of the Georgia Small Business Council, and worked diligently to get patriot conservatives elected to local, state, and federal offices. He and his wife of 41 years, Wendy, have three children, three grandchildren, and one more on the way. Kevin has a passion for Christ, Country, and Community, and CCDF-USA is honored to have him join us in our fight to restore our Republic, one county at a time.
