Following a diagnosis last October, I chose Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL as my case management provider. This was due to their reputation for excellence in treatment innovation. Digging a little deeper, I began to question the integrity of the institution.
I was very impressed with their vast campus and the palatial architecture of the many treatment specialty buildings. Countless people thronged through the building for Tx. The operation ran like clockwork with on-time appointments and alert, knowledgable staff. I have only compliments for the quality of treatment I was given.
It was not encouraging to face a desk of people armed with boxes of masks and insisting I comply with Mayo’s mask policy, upon arriving at the facility. (in accordance with CDC guidelines, of course). I got accustomed to playing along with the mask theatre, wearing it under my nose to facilitate continued breathing, but not happy to have my personal choice overruled.
One important question first….
Answer me this one question: If you are vaxxed and masked, what possible concern do you have about my choice to abstain? The only possibility is that you doubt (correctly) the efficacy of your jab and your own mask. If this is the case you have forfeited your right to compel me to comply with your mandate.
Here is the initial Fauci statement, made on a 60 minutes interview, regarding masks, later to be rescinded:
“When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better, and it might even block a droplet; but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often, there are unintended consequences: people will keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face.” —Dr. Anthony Fauci
When did this start? When will it ever end?
Face masks have not previously been used here, except by healthcare providers to prevent exchange of bodily fluids during procedures. We have now been mandated to comply for 2 years. When does an ”emergency” end? Is it a month? 1 year? 2 years?? The current “pandemic emergency” is no longer an emergency. It is a way of life. I, for one do not agree to be masked for the rest of my life. In fact I am done. There are now many studies revealing that masks do not prevent the spread of viruses. The practice has been compared to using a chainlink fence to keep out mosquitos.
When do you draw a line?
So, On my next visit i decided that I would announce that, “I will not be wearing a mask today.” I chose to deal with however that unfolded. Even though the story is entertaining, I will spare you. The bottom line is that I am no longer a patient of Mayo Clinic. I have found a private provider whom I trust and respect to manage my condition. And I feel a sense of relief to have made the decision. It did not sit right with me to be forced to sacrifice my own informed choices for medical freedom.

Mayo Clinic is also a vociferous advocate of jab compliance. I was receiving weekly texts from them stating, “the covid vaccine is safe and effective. Schedule yours now.” I continually wonder if they have perused the VAERS data (vaccine adverse effects reporting system). Here they would find that there are far more adverse effects and deaths reported from covid “vaccines” in this past year than the total of all other vaccines over the past 30 years. Shouldn’t this set off a few alarm bells? Have they seen the mounting studies showing more illness among the “vaccinated” than those who have refused the jab? Do they have any concern that they are asking their patients to inject an experimental mRNA substance into their bodies which has not completed safety studies and is administered under EUA (emergency use authorization)? So called EUA protects the manufacturer from liability for health consequences resulting from the jab. Would you buy a car from a company that was granted immunity from liability for defects in their product?
Have they noticed that the all cause mortality rate for working age people is ascending rapidly?
Have they considered that the Nuremberg Codes forbid experimental medical procedures without informed consent? Does anyone wonder why the federal government would need to spend $1 Billion of our money for a media campaign to promote their vaccine?

What is your bottom line?
My bottom line is that I demand integrity from an organization to which I entrust my medical care. I expect rigorous adherence to scientific examination and open debate to determine the accuracy of government pronouncements, guidelines and mandates. Unfortunately in the current climate of cancel culture, censorship, de-platforming, this is not happening. It seems that all of these medical provider conglomerates are beholden to various government agencies such as Medicare, Medicaid, the CDC, NIH and more. They will lose their funding if they challenge the assertions of the bureaucrats. And now, doctors are being threatened with the loss of licensure for challenging the covid narratives.
Where does this leave those of us who depend on these institutions for accurate scientific information, diagnosis and treatment? If they are willing to deny reality to the extent of mis-informing us, and in fact preventing effective treatment, then it is time to demand repentance or find trustworthy sources as I have done.
This kind of forced compliance with mandates, in opposition to my personal beliefs constitutes a violation of personal sovereignty over my body. Those who think this is not worth resisting should ask themselves, “at what point will I have surrendered my freedom in what was once a free Constitutional republic?”
My greatest concern, as manifested by these medical institutions, doctors, government officials and more is the tendency to cling to a narrative, such as the current mask/ vaccine advocacy that has been clearly proven false. It helps me to understand how the people of Nazi Germany went along with the narratives they were fed. We place the security of continued employment, admission to a certain school, approval of this or that board or licensure agency above our personal integrity and willingness to risk the consequences of standing truth to power. But all it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. We need those good men to stand up now.
God hates dishonesty, regardless of who, or what agency is promoting it. ”Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are His delight.” Proverbs 12:22.
