By Michael Cutler
My article today is predicated on admission of the head of the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) that at least hundreds of illegal aliens have been permitted to board airliners on the sole basis of presenting an administrative Warrant of Arrest issued by immigration law enforcement officials. These illegal aliens were not in the custody of law enforcement authorities but were simply traveling by themselves wherever they wanted to fly to wherever they wish in the United States.
Administrative arrest warrants do not meet minimum standards to prevent counterfeiting and may easily be used by imposters. Furthermore, let us not forget the term “undocumented” frequently invoked by immigration anarchists to describe illegal aliens. This term is used because many of these aliens have no reliable and/or authentic documentation to attest to their true identities.
Now think of the stringent requirements that citizens of the United States, lawful permanent resident aliens and non-immigrant aliens must meet in order to board airliners.
Think of how many Americans and lawful immigrants are on so-called “No Fly” lists and are barred from boarding airplanes in the United States.
The only question that ought to be asked is for the administration to explain how this dangerous policy is in the best interest of America and Americans.
Obviously, this lunacy is diametrically opposed to the best interests of our nation and our citizens and violates the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission, as you will see in my commentary today.
