Nassau County voters now have access to a new mobile phone app ahead of the 2022 election cycle.
According to County Supervisor of Elections Janet Adkins the app is the first of its kind in Florida and will allow voters to stay connected to their current election information. The app features services such as viewing polling place wait times, vote by mail ballot status, candidates on the ballot and election night results.
“We urge voters to get election ready by downloading our new app and staying connected to your current election information. We are here to serve you and are excited to provide the voters of Nassau County with this modern mobile app technology,” Adkins stated. Voters with Apple iPhones can download the app by searching “Vote Nassau FL” in the App Store.
Android users should have access soon. Final details may be worked through by the end of this week for approval on Google Play Store, a source said.
The Nassau County Elections office strives to build trust, create transparency in the elections process and promote communication with the voters of Nassau County. This mobile app is an essential tool to support this ongoing effort.
