On November 5, 2024, a political and spiritual tsunami hit America. God is restoring America to His original intent for our land to be a holy nation, set apart for Him and His Kingdom.
God is in the restoration business, especially in 2024. He is the god of the second chances. He loves to restore people and nations for His kingdom. How many times did He restore Israel and the Jewish people? And now, He is restoring America.
How many miracles has God done for Donald J. Trump? His life story is truly amazing and a story of miracles. In the last 5 years he has endured “Russiagate”, 2 failed impeachments, 6 false indictments and 2 failed assassination attempts. And he is still standing by the grace of God and has been re-elected to be the 47th President of the United States! His statement to “Fight, fight, fight!” is iconic. Like George Washington, his life has been spared by the hand of God many times to lead our country. God has truly restored President Trump both physically and politically, and I believe he is clearly anointed by the Lord to lead America for the next four years.
We have been living for four years under great spiritual and political oppression in America. The Biden-Harris administration was anti-life and anti-Christian in many ways. They supported the almost unlimited right to abortion, gay marriage, gender change surgery, biological males in female sports, highly irresponsible government spending, and an intentionally open border with Mexico, resulting in millions of illegal aliens and many terrorists and criminals coming into our country. They also used the engine of government to censor the news and stifle freedom of speech, persecute Christians and even prosecute Trump. As a result, I believe that the judgment of God was upon our country. Millions of people are now suffering from depression and anxiety and can barely afford the necessities of life.
But I believe that the re-election of President Trump will lead to a great new day for America. He calls it a “golden age!” I believe that the mercy of God is now upon our land and that the windows of Heaven are now open over America.
America deserves judgment, but as the Scriptures say “In your wrath, remember mercy.” Habakkuk 3:2.
Many things will change under the new Trump Administration. We will close the border with Mexico and deport millions of illegal aliens to secure our national sovereignty and security. We will stop runaway government spending and balance the budget, so inflation will ease. Trump will appoint the brilliant Elon Musk to a new office of Government Efficiency. We will support the police and stop the increase in crime.
We will support state laws that limit the right to abortion, which is the killing of unborn baby human beings. We will clean house at the FBI, CIA, FDA and Justice Department. We will “drain the swamp” of government employees who are at odds with the people and our values. We will stop the criminal prosecution of political
enemies known as “lawfare”. We will stop the government approval of toxic food that is causing an epidemic of chronic disease especially in our children. Trump will appoint Bobby Kennedy to head up the Department of HHS or FDA. We will stop the wars in the Ukraine and Israel, and bring peace to the world through great strength. We will support Israel in all that she does, bringing down the blessing of God upon America. See: Genesis 12:3.
In government, as in business, “it all comes from the top.” If the President is pro-America and pro-Christian then the government will be as well.
As Scripture says”: “When the righteous are in power and authority, the people rejoice and are glad.” Proverbs 29:2 And, “blessed is the nation whose god is the Lord.” Psalm 33:12.
In Nassau County, this can also be a new day. On June 29, 2024, we had the first annual Christian Heritage of America parade, with over 200 people, 13 floats and over 100 marchers from many churches and local businesses. We lifted up the name of the Lord Jesus Christ on Centre Street! I believe that that parade changed the spiritual atmosphere of Amelia Island, and was a prophetic voice for the future. We are moving now to remove 46 pornographic books from the public school libraries in our county. We will also have the National Day of Prayer on May 1, 2025, and hope to have 30 or 40 churches come together in unity to pray for our nation and county. And, a bill has also been drafted to display the Ten Commandments in the public schools of Florida, based on the new Supreme Court decision that restores our religious freedom. The time has come for a change spiritually in our county, state and nation, and I believe that time is now!

Judge John Marshall Meisburg, Jr., was a U.S. Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration for 26 years in Jacksonville, Florida. He retired as a judge in 2021 and is now practicing law in Fernandina Beach. He has been married for 44 years to Dr. Denise Meisburg, a Christian counselor. They have six children and 11 grandchildren. Prior to being a judge, he was a lawyer with the Federal government for 23 years, serving in all three branches of the government, with the U.S. District Court, EEOC, Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., U.S. House of Representatives, Office of Special Counsel and FDIC. He was in the private law practice one year in Washington, D.C. and filed the lawsuit that became the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case on sexual harassment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, and a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is a member of the Bar of Florida and Kentucky. He is a lifelong Christian, being raised in the Baptist faith in Louisville, Kentucky. He was an Elder at New Life Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville where he taught Sunday School, the Jewish Roots of the Faith and the Christian Heritage of America. He was a leader of both the National Day of Prayer and the House of Prayer in Jacksonville for over ten years. He has published 12 books relating to Christian and legal issues. He is now a member of Living Waters World Outreach Center in Fernandina Beach, where he serves in the prayer and home group ministry, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Faith Christian Academy. He is now an Honored Listee in the Marquis Who’s Who in America.
