Ken Timmerman’s Threat Watch www.kentimmerman.com 8-4-23

We have now passed the midpoint of the Biden term in office and it’s clear that the results for America’s power, America’s prestige, and America’s cohesion have been disastrous.

America now faces an increasingly belligerent China that is quadrupling its strategic nuclear forces and openly threatening Taiwan. China has signed agreements to build military bases in Pakistan and Iran, where it can control a good portion of the world’s oil supplies – around 25%. It is expanding into Africa and South America. And it recently got caught building what appears to have been a bio-weapons lab just outside of Fresno, California.

And what is the Biden response? Sec/State Tony Blinken goes to Beijing, where not a single Chinese official greets him at the airport. Sec/Treasury Janet Yellen goes to Beijing and actually kowtows to China’s vice-premier. Pathetic.

Iran is rapidly expanding its stockpiles of enriched uranium and building a vast new nuclear facility deep inside a mountain, where many experts believe it will assemble nuclear weapons. And the Biden response? Negotiate through third parties to craft a new nuclear “understanding” that rewards Iran for its misdeeds while asking pretty please for the Iranians to not enrich to weapons grade.

U.S. sanctions against both Russia and Iran have proven ineffective – mainly because they have not been enforced. Iran is exporting 1.3 million barrels of oil everyday to China alone, a record high. And the Russian economy grew twenty percent over the past year. Sanctions have become a fig leaf for compromise and capitulation.

I talk about this new Axis of Tyrannies on this week’s Prophecy Today Weekend, as well as disastrous developments in Iraq, where the state president has forced the Chaldean Patriarch, Cardinal Louis Sakho, to flee Baghdad and seek refuge in a monastery in the north.

The Iraqi situation is dear to my heart. I first met Cardinal Sakho in 2009, when he was Archbishop of Kirkuk. We lamented the already tragic situation of Iraqi Christians and he told me then that he believed the church needed a leader who was a lion.

I believe Cardinal Sakho has tried to be that lion and will win this current showdown against the Iranian proxies who are trying to force the few remaining Christians to flee northern Iraq. You can learn more about this latest tragic episode in the ongoing martyrdom of Iraqi Christians by tuning in at 1 PM on Saturday on Jacksonville’s Way Radio, 104.9 FM or 550 AM, or by using the Way Radio app.

The Prophecy Today podcasts are available after the show has aired at this link.

Yours in freedom,
Ken
